Jose is hands down the best server you could ever have. My friends and I come here just for him! He has amazing energy and makes your time at topgolf so much fun!

Worth the cost and worth the wait. Even those without significant experience can earn points in the game. The food is seriously outstanding and the alcoholic drink selection is extensive. They have nicely sized event spaces available for rent as well.

Never been a fan of golfing but it is pretty hard not to have a good time at top golf.

Don't go here if you want to drink and golf. Worst experience I've ever had. (Backstory) I went there with my brother's age 23 and 19 along with a friend who turned 24 that day and we are celebrating his birthday. We setup to play for 2 hours of golf, eating and drinking in between. Our server was never to be found, I had to hit up other servers to call him over to our table 3 different times because "only our original server could take our order". Coming into the last bit of the night(10:50), I again had to ask someone to get our server because he was no where in sight because I wanted to order a shot. 30 min later he shows up and I know that we are close to last call. I ask for the shot I originally wanted and a regular drink. He comes back 10 min later with a manager and the manager tells me that our table has consumed a lot of alcohol and I'm only able to order one or the other but not both because it was last call. EVEN THOUGH last call wasn't announced for another 5 min (last call is at 11:30 and this was before that time). Our table has been sharing drinks and food with NOT A SINGLE PERSON being belligerent all night long. I tell her that I tried to order this over 30 min ago but my server was no where to be found. She said it was for "our" safety, and didn't matter that we had a designated driver. We where there ordering over $300 worth of food, drinks, and golfing. Yet, we were treated like garbage. I didn't end up getting any extra drinks but they tried putting them on my bill. This is unacceptable and the manager was extremely unprofessional. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

The bar area was short-handed, 1 bar tender taking order or 10 tables who were waited for no service after 20mins wait, everyone looking at each other like what the hell. Worst is, it was on the wknd. Where is the rest of waiters or waitresses? Service was of course better once we got to our assigned bay. Good fun driving range place, the place used to be better when they just opened.

Great time tonight. Payton(rockstar trainee) and Christine were awesome!!! Food was delicious, beers were cold, golf was fun, and the conversations were great! Will be back!!

So much fun, gotta go try all three levels. Hopefully one in my town soon.

Always a great time at Top Golf. Be careful about going during the winter time. They do have large heaters at every lane but last time the weather was mid to high 30s and the space heaters were not enough! We were freezing not even their kentucky carameled coffee could warm us up but it was delicious.

That's one BEAUTIFUL ESTABLISHMENT!!! FUN PLACE TO HANG OUT.THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY COOL.

Come for golf. Stay for food. The menu is surprising reasonably priced and the kitchen has pretty good upscale bar food.

Amazing food and experience at topgolf soft opening

For my first time it was super fun. The staff I felt were alittle uptight but I didn't let that bother me. Still had a good time.

If I could give no stars I would..... came to eat at 1 o clock on a Friday... never got a refill on our drinks ordered the sunrise and Mac daddy Sunrise came out but the Mac daddy did not they brought out their smokehouse... told them it was wrong took them 25 mins to bring the correct one and again still no refill ... waited another 35 mins for them to bring a check and to run our card I will not be back...... emailed the email below still no response....

You are paying for the golf, not the service. No management present. Our waiter, Ethan, was horrible. I had to go to the bar to get refills for my family. We got our food 50 minutes after ordering and out appetizer after that. Tables were not bussed. Workers hiding in the bathroom chatting and on their phones. The concierge girl was very bothered at having customers. One star for service. I gave a second star because the facility and concept is great. I hope a competitor comes in, it's no contest to run a better business.

Fun place to hangout, they have pretty good food too

I am usually not the biggest fan of golf, but this was a lot of fun! Amateurs and pros would probably love this sport. I can't play very well and I still had a good time! There is a large variety of game modes for golfing rookies (like me), pros, and everything in between. the only downside I could think of was the price. $5 to make an account with them and $45 for an hour (in the evening. Morning and afternoon prices are cheaper). If you go with a crowd, you could cut the cost by splitting that 45 among your group, so I recommend that if you don't have the money to do it on your own. Otherwise, this place was a lot of fun whether you like, or don't like, golf.

Afternoon is a great experience. Evening prices double. Good fun, good food/drink options. Highly recommend trying it at least once.

I used to like this place. It was good opportunity to go and hang out with friends. I have been going to their fall and winter league. But last week experience has really put me off. Our complain with regards to their flaky display and tech in our bay was not handled properly and floor Manager Alex behaves inappropriately with my group member. Even after complaining to the corporate, there has not been any redressal. It seems like company likes to promote inapt and rude staff at their location.

Great place to spend the afternoon! Golf, college basketball on TV and beer. What more do you need?!

You don't have to be a pro golfer to enjoy Top Golf. We have gone out with groups that had skilled golfers and complete novices. Regardless of skill, everyone had a great time.

Had a good time after the hour and a half wait, was told we would have to wait either an hour and half to be able to play on the top two levels or play now on the first floor. We chose to wait in order to have an upper level spot. After our wait we were told we were being placed on the first floor anyway (we waited almost two hours for no reason). I would recommend not taking anything from the woman named Darcy. Terrible customer service and would recommend putting her in a different position where she doesn't work with customers. I was very disappointed with the customer service.

Great place to take the whole family. Go before noon to get the best rates.

Golf fun with radiant heat. Food was pretty average, but the atmosphere is quite nice.

We visited last night for our work Christmas party and had an amazing time! Since the first phone call with Brian to schedule the party, we were well taken care of! Brian checked in with us multiple times before the party and worked with any changes we made! When we got there, the server was fantastic! Its unfortunate that I did not catch his name! We had 3 bays to fit all of us and he was very attentive to all 3 of them! The food was fantastic and the entertainment was great! They even play great music there! Thank you so much for providing such a fun atmosphere!

I have done two large (60 or more) group events here. It is excellent for mingling and team building. The food is good - we have done the fajitas both times. It's a little more per person than I would like to spend but you cannot beat the service for handling such a large group after work hours.

This place is so fun, I have attended multiple work events here for both myself and husband and we really enjoy top golf

We are from st . Louis mo. We brought our 12 year old for his birthday. Staff was amazing! Golf was so much fun plus the outdoor games thank you so much we will be back

What a great activity to do with our out of town guests! Everyone had fun golfing, even beginners. This would be a fun place to celebrate a birthday for most ages. Our beverage servers were exemplary, and on a chilly Thanksgiving weekend we were toasty warm under the heat lamps!

It was great. The atmosphere, not so much. If you wear pastel shorts, polos, and boat shoes this is the place for youuuuu! Our waitress treated us completely different than the table next to us but we still dropped $75 for 2 people and left a tip.

Did great by us! Bachelor party had a preset spending limit and we felt taken care of the entire time. The golf is a blast once you figure it out too!

Over priced and very inexperienced wait staff.. Save your money and just go to the driving range...Definitely not worth the money..

Lots of fun and the golf is completely affordable. The food and drinks however, are not. Not uncommon for a place like this but if you are playing an evening game and wanted to grab a snack and a couple of drinks, be prepared to spend a $100+, easy. Great place for some family fun or fun with friends. Just plan accordingly, if you are going to eat while you are there! The food IS good if you're hungry :)

Great for hitting the golf ball, that's it! The service, whether you sit in the restaurant or in a bay, is absolutely the WORST in all of Kansas City! Please train your staff how to engage with the customer and pay attention to their table!!!

Went here with some friends and had a great time. We requested the third level deck, and will do so again. They have several game options based on the skill or preferences of the group. I don't golf at all, but it was a great time. Will definitely be a go to place when friends and family visit. It's a low key, chill place to hang out. The have drinks and food delivered to your bay if desired. Totally recommend!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is lively and cheerful. They were very accommodating when we requested a soccer match on one of the televisions.

Absolutely amazing time. We did a bachelor party there. Got there checked in, sat down at bar. We had drinks and then got to go to our booth. Thought the prices were very reasonable. Fast service, great food

Fun place, but can be very expensive if you don't bring a group of at least 4 people. Food is really good. It isn't meant for people that actually like golf, so don't expect it to be.
