Great place....lots of fun & great service! We did have a two hour wait on a Saturday. I wish I had known to request a 2nd or third level, but after a two hour wait I wasn t willing to extend it. The 1st floor was still fun though, u just can not see the targets as well.

My husband and i love topgolf. When our parents come to visit its the first place that they wanna go! We love the service. Its great for the family or date night. You can request certain floors you want to be on or just take first available

After a 3 hour wait, we had a lot of fun here! The course is setup in a way that even the kids (or adults with no golf experience) can score points. There are a variety of games to suit varying levels of experience.

We are still really confused as to why there was a 3 hour wait. There were quite a few open bays during the time we walked around exploring, so we aren't really sure why we (or someone) couldn't use one of the open bays. Even if the bays were reserved for VIPs, why not say "Hey, someone reserved a bay at 6pm, but would you like to use it until then?" Seems logical for parties who know they only want to play for 45 minutes or an hour.

Food and drink service was prompt at first, but refill offers for empty glasses were sporadic, and after we were done playing, we spent a little less than 10 minutes tracking down our waitress so we could ask her to close our tab. We don't think we had an inexperienced waitress; she was simply responsible for too many tables/guests, we think.

On the plus side, drinks were good and the entire place was very clean. Even the parking lot and bathrooms were clean. There are heaters in the outside areas to keep you warm when it's chilly, so that was a plus. You can turn the heater on/off as desired which is nice. There are billiards and video games for those who don't want to golf.

All in all, we had a great time! We'll be back again, and we definitely recommend this place, but only if you have plenty of time to spare.

Great activity for all ages! Well equipped to handle large crowds. Several games to choose from for every skill level. Would visit more often if I lived closer.

A team lead name Darcy was rude to my party and I right when we walked into the doors. Greeted us with a bad attitude and informed us with the wrong information. She never apologized. Right when we got outside we had another associate help us but she couldn't figure it out, which was fine, so she went to go grab the team lead. The team lead, again, approached us with a horrible attitude. She couldn't figure out the system as well and kept banging on the screen, snapping her fingers at us as if we worked for her. I told her to forget it and we'll take a refund. She snapped at me and said that Top Golf doesn't refund money back once the card has been swipe but will give us store credit. She looked at me up and down, as if I had offended her and said, "I hope you're satisfied." .... I spoke to a manager and her direct manager and they said she is one of the best team lead at Top Golf. That's a shame! Just makes the company look bad and it seems like Top Golf doesn't offer good service if she's "one of the best." However, the managers apologized on her behalf and offered us a deal for the next time we go there.

I don't go here to golf. I go here to pig out and drink.

Awesome place. Prices are totally doable. Food is pretty good. If you're going on a holiday or busy weekend, be sure to call ahead and see what the wait is -- you may experience a wait.
Don't forget your player card. If you do, they're only $1 to replace.

Fun atmosphere, great place to go with a group of friends.

Cool place but you can't get in or out without walking through a cloud of smoke from smokers standing around the entrance.

Fancy hangout spot. My friends and I like the place. We have no clue how to play golf (beside mini golf), but Top Golf made golf so much fun.

The Staff was very Attentive and it was a Great experience for the family!

I have had some great times at this place with my friends. A great place to hang out a swing clubs and nobody makes you feel bad if you haven't swung golf clubs before so a new golfer can come and swing too.

There was, what appeared to be, at least 2 large groups. The entire top floor was rented out and some of the second floor. There were just two of us and the staff initially placed us in a dirty bay surrounded by both sides. It appeared we were in the middle of one of the large groups. It was a bit annoying. While the stsff member, who was very helpful by the way, was in the middle of setting us up a manager came by and tild us we had to move because they were closing that side down. Which I was grateful for. The staffe moved us to another bay and ended up moving us to a third bay. We were in our final destination. Much better and more centrally located on the range. The staff member that helped us get set up was very apologetic and extremely helpful. The wait staff was very helpful and we never had to wait long for the waitress to make her way to our table. It was a very hectic day and the proffessionalism of the staff made it easier and more enjoyable. If it wasn't for the moving around and the delays to get started I would habe given this visit 5 stars.

Love going here, but at times it feels like they inflate wait times longer than necessary, our last visit was an hour and a half wait with multiple stalls open the entire time we were waiting. But, it's an amazing time once you get a bay.

Great experience. They were very quick about getting us in despite being very busy. Great job of setting up safety and distancing. Had a great time with my family. Cant wait to go back!

I admit, golf is not my thing, but this was fun, good beer, good food, and even though it was outside in a hot day, surprisingly pleasant.

Fun outdoor activity year round. The more the merrier, it's approx $45/hr per bay up to six people. Food and service are a big hit, now how you hit the golf ball is up to you (they do offer golf lessons and coaching if you need that too) which I plan on taking.

Wonderful night out. What a great way to introduce a non-golfer to the game. Love the food and professional service.

This was a fun experience! The service was quick, efficient, and very friendly. I felt as if our server was there just for us--even though she was working multiple areas. She never left us for long and we always had fresh drinks. The employees seem happy to be there. Everyone was smiling and laughing, employees and patrons alike, and it really made the atmosphere enjoyable. There are several games that include everyone, if you aren't a golfer. That's what made it really fun--everyone can get into it regardless of skill level. It was chilly the night we went, but the heaters keep you warm and you're moving around and socializing so you hardly notice that you are outdoors! We will definitely do this again!

Walked into Topgolf thinking it was going to be hard to find a table but the place is so big that it was quick seating. The server was there in less than 30 seconds, we got our drinks and ordered. Andrew was awesome, we got our food and WOW ! GREAT BURGER !!! Check their menu they have a nice variety of food and cool atmosphere even if you don't tee up a golf ball.

Enjoy this place but they never let us get the top tier.

Top golf is always a good time, and great for the whole family. Came here for a bachelor party and was able to hang out and talk with everyone as well as have fun hitting golf balls. Definitely recommended. It can get a little pricey, but overall it is a good experience.

Took my little brother and a few of his friends, they had a blast. You pay for the lifetime membership card and rent a bay for your party. We played like 5 different games in the hour and a half we were there. Since we took a group, it wasn't too expensive. A great place for family fun. Definitely going back!

I went to top golf one time for a friend s birthday party celebration and it was a great atmosphere. The waiter was great and the food and drinks were delicious. There was this huge line that went out the door for people who didn t already have a card. The card is for playing a game of golf which is $5 for a one time to purchase.
One thing I did not like was that we were rushed out because people were waiting for the table after our time was up. But we were waiting for our food orders to come which made it hard for us to leave at the time we were supposed to. The staff got a little rude about it even though it wasn t our fault for the food arriving late. Overall it was a nice time out.

First timers note to self - order food and drinks before they swipe bay play cards. Timer starts then and there is no pause button. That being said we had a great time and the food was good.

This place is so fun price is decent if you have a group of friends to pitch in. They have a bar you could order food place is heated during winter so you can play all around.

No reservations ever available. 4 hour wait for one bay.

The prices on food and beer are not bad at all. Bring a group and the cost of the bay is fairly cheap as well.

Great for the "real" golfers AND the not so real golfer. Family friendly...had a blast!

I went to Topgolf with my volleyball team and my coaches were kind enough to pay for our time slot. I ordered a drink which was $3.63. I checked my bank account a day later and I was charged $15.36. I then checked my bank account today and saw that I was charged $18.14 plus the $3.63 drink. Unfortunately for me, I thought Topgolf was trustworthy and I threw away my copy of my receipt. I know I signed merchants copy but that was probably thrown away as well. Truly disappointing first experience and hopefully I can find a way to get my $18 back.

Fun place to check out if you're a fan of golf. It can be pretty busy on weekends and have quite the wait. However, there is a bar/lounge area to relax while you wait. You can also play free pool or Xbox on the lower level.

Absolutely the coolest place u could spend a morning with your mates. plan well and save money.. first time I went with a friend we spent 150$ in 2 hours. Next time I went with another friend we spent 4 hours and with food payed 60$. Watch the promotions. Lol

A fun, unique experience for everyone. The food & drink options are surprisingly good and they have alot of game variations. Don't worry if you're not great at golf, there's enough padding around to stop you from hurting anyone

Great atmosphere. It was my first time, and I was very impressed how user friendly everything was. I also, never golfed in my life and still had a great time.

Firstly, it was a fun experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the driving range. However, I can get that enjoyment out of any local driving range for about $8 an hour.

Their focus is on the restaurant style food and drink and their private bays. The food and drink was great, but their alcoholic drinks were fairly watered down. The bay was semi private, you had your own table and chairs, and its fairly homey, but its incredibly loud. The bays are a little cramped together, and their "climate control" is an oscillating fan in the summer and a heater in the winter. The only place you can go to warm up or cool down is the lobby, so plan on sweating in the summer and freezing in the winter.

The staff are a little overagressive and intense, I had a man stand about two inches from me the entire time I entered our party of 6's information, which made me incredibly uncomfortable.

The ball tracker feature was neat but it only worked about half the time, meaning if you're playing for points, count on the system cheating you out of a few balls.

Lastly, the price, which is the biggest reason for my rating. The bay required a call ahead reservation, which I believe fluctuates, but at the time it's a flat charge of $50. An hour and a half of gametime, which isnt very long if you enjoy the driving range, was $71. And once you get reserved, and pay for your time, it charges you $5 a person to play. So our party of 6 cost me an additional $30.

Like I said, a local driving range will run you $8-$12 an hour. You wont get the high class atmosphere but you'll get to enjoy a relaxing time with your family. Top Golf cost me $151 for an hour and a half.

So unless you've got cash burning a hole in your pocket, I wouldn't bother paying the extra $40 an hour for the priviledge of buying an alright tasting meal while you use the golfing range. I know I won't.

Top golf is so fun! We took all the kids and they loved it! The lounges were nice to have while waiting your turn, and the staff was amazing! You can order food from your Bay and play as little or long you want. For our first time it was a little confusing with getting all the kids signed up with cards and that added fee but it was worth it! Reasonable price for a family of five!
