I just had to come write a review because I ve never in my life had such a great experience at an er. I m 5 months pregnant and as soon as I checked in I was admitted, the staff were so nice and helpful. They quickly began testing everything and I was out of there within an hour feeling 100% better. Thankfully my diagnosis wasn t anything life threatening and can be cured with the prescription of antibiotics I received. I went into an urgent care before coming here and waited for over an hour before they even checked me in. 10/10 would recommend tomball if your needing immediate attention.

I went in for simple blood work and and EKG. The receptionist told me it would only take a few minutes but I was there for an hour and a 1/2. I didn't mind that as much as the fact that the Tomball clinic failed to fax test results to my doctor.

Went for CT scan Was helped at checkin almost immediately and immediately called in for scan when checkin was complete. All of the employees I encountered were very nice, efficient and helpful

THIS IS CRAZY! A this very moment there is a HOSTAGE SITUATION reportedly by the local news by a "distraught father". GOOGLE IT IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME. My daughter was born here, and my father in-law went here for an ER visit. NEVER AGAIN will I ever go back. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL. THESE GUYS PRICE GOUGE SO BAD, that my father in-law almost had a heart attack looking at his bill. They charge $26,000 for a stay because he had a false alarm thinking he was experiencing a heart attack. They checked him out and they told me that they did all sorts of tests and results were negative, and said that 1 of the test takes a whole day so he would have to stay for a day. I would've pulled him out the same day had I known the bill was going to be that high. Before this, my daughter was born here, but looking back at the bill, I had Aetna insurance at the time. These guys found everything in the book to charge my insurance company the most they could. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I know for a fact that the reason that there is a HOSTAGE situation right now is because of the unethical and immoral practices when it comes to finances and payments. I hate to say this and I hope no one gets hurt but this hospital probably deserved to have a gunman hold them up.

All the therapist I worked with were very knowledgeable. They each had their own styles with was good to change up in order to work different muscles. They were generally on time and very friendly. I enjoyed my time there and was helped a great deal. Now I have exercises I know to do at home that continues my well being.

My 91 year old Mom had to be admitted for a fall. Not going get into any great detail. Emergency room great. Hospital compared to when it was Tomball Regional.
She was there 2 years ago when it was Tomball Regional with pneumonia and the care was 6 stars. The nurses were professional and great bed side manner. Doctors the same.
Now since the change to HCA. No comparison. It totally sucks. Nurses are rude, don't answer the call button half the time and no communication. Never go there again.

I had originally gone to a different hospital's wound care center because when I looked at Tomball hospital on line, the only care they showed starting with a "W" was Women's care. You need to recognize the fact that you have a wound care center, and compared tp the center I ended up going to. So you should certainly update your website. Your wound care personnel are far superior, and from what I have seen, your equipment seems better than what they offered.

I had my gallbladder removed on 12-21-18. I received professional and quality care. It was a very busy day being near
Christmas and the end of the year. The nurses and anesthesiologist were great. All in all a pleasant experience.

I was going through a tough time and was scared but the Rad Tech at Spring Creek Imaging really helped me relax. They have an awesome staff and I would recommend anyone to this hospital. This is a community Hospital and they make you feel like Family.

This is the most incompetent ER staff I have ever met! Rude, careless, and horrible communication manners. Of course, how rude of me to ask a question and interrupt the nurses since they were having such busy gossip conversations......this ER is a joke, the nurses should be charged for malpractice, and the doctors apparantly don't know how to diagnose anything. Seriously, stay away from this place unless your okay with being treated like crap, because obviously their gossip is more important than any damn patient.

This is not directed tip the great care recieved that gets 5 Stars
This review is because :
They have fairlife milk for sale

Please tell me you guys are removing Fairlife products from your cafeteria. I was shocked to see a reputable hospital selling their products after the abuse their workers did to the calfs and cows. If you haven't seen the undercover report I can show it to you.
Thank you

Everyone was phenomenal, and the ER staff got me treated efficiently and effectively. I came in after being rear ended on my Harley and the team at HCA were great to work with. Thankful for the treatment I received

This is a typical HCA facility, understaffing and overworked employees. Do not let the nice exterior cool you, the rooms are outdated and filthy. You'll be better off and safer at any other hospital in the area.

I was very pleased with a recent trip to the ER at HCA Tomball. There was no waiting time. I was taken back into the fast track side, assigned a Dr and nurse who were at my side within minutes. Very pleased with their professionalism and how everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you.

Horrible!!!!!! My father went in for symptoms of TIA, was admitted to the CDU, 3rd floor, stayed 72 hours and never saw 1 specialist. Waited all day and night for a neurologist and cardiologist, never seen either. He was told multiple times by different nurses, he needed test that had already been done, such as MRI, CT scan, Electrocardiograph. Absolutely no communication between anyone. He is type 2 diabetic, blood sugar reached 322 and took hours for them to bring in insulin.

The ONLY positive thing was 1 night nurse, Micheal, he was very kind, tried to make him feel comfortable and kept us informed as much as possible.

Care was substandard at best. Socks were not changed for 21 days. PT stopped coming and he kept getting weaker instead of better. His care seemed to lack coordination between care givers for the differing ailments. Stayed an extra 3-4 days awaiting discharge due to lack of communication regarding terms of discharge. Food was delivered to foyer and patient was bed bound and could not eat until a family member arrived. Bathing consisted of a wipe under the arms. Got bed sores from neglect and an air bed was promised, but the ones delivered did not work and he never got one. Fresh water was not brought into the room daily. Nurses seemed rushed and overworked and would sometimes take over an hour to respond to the nurse call button. Stayed for 24 days, and this was typical of the floor areas. Spent several days in CCU, and that unit was great. The time spent in the cath lab was also great. Would not recommend this hospital any longer since HCA has taken over. Have been to TRH many times in the past and have witnessed a decline since the takeover by HCA.

Why does the website have a picture of a toilet with toilet paper in it and peeled back wallpaper? I haven't even been here but that makes me think going here is a bad idea. My daughter is on her way here to have surgery Oh my!

If I could rate this hospital a negative, I would. My father came in struggling to breathe and already battling severe heart disease and heart failure. I got to my dads room at 11:30am. He was struggling to breathe and not doing well at all. A nurse never came in to check in. I finally had to hunt down a nurse by 5pm. Not a single person checked on him for HOURS! Also, they decided to discharge him at 7pm at night before they even checked his vitals. Once they checked his vitals it became clear he was running 104 temp, his oxygen level was 84 and his blood pressure was dangerously low and close to a stroke low. They were about to kick him out of his bed when he was in dangerous conditions. We had to tell them we refused to leave. 95% of the nurses were rude, too busy on their phones and talking openly about other patients in front of everyone. What a joke of a hospital.

I felt that the lady at the check-in desk in outpatient testing was rude when she didn't allow me to get to the desk when she told me to sit down and she would be with in a moment. It caught me off guard. I don't usually address people from across the room (COVID or not) and I don't expect people to do the same.

I visited the tomball medical emergency center because my son has hands foot and mouth! The ONLY lady working the front TIFFANY was completely disrespectful to my child and I. Giving us horrendous attitude being a complete BI***! My father was actually paralyzed here but this is the only place near where I live. Even knowing that I WILL NOT be returning! The staff working the front is ridiculous the doctors in the back are amazing but this lady desereves to be fired! Completely out of character for someone who should be NURTURING a family in need! Completely RIDICULOUS!
