The WORST service I have experienced. All the tap beers came out completely flat.

The worst service I have honestly received. Waited over an hour for a drink after having to ask twice for any attention and still ignored all evening. Even when drinks were ordered and 20 mins later we requested our food order be taken it was said the drink hadnt been put through yet as she thought she would wait on tje food!?! GF food requested that was 100% not. Prawns that were oozing brown liquid and tasted of dirt. Rude wait staff probably the manager that blamed having lots to do as to why we were so neglected. Excuse after excuse. We asked for an apology only to have a reply he had already given us one which in fact did not happen. The bill was over priced and incorrect to the menu. The drink was terribly lacking and the fries were accidently thrown all over us. That's just a summary. Absolutely appalling service and hope everyone avoids avoids. No idea why we didn't walk out. Perhaps starvation had set in

Horrible place. How "nice" of the owner to blame his manager....absolutely disgusting behavior to choose a high paying client over a lower one, but unfortunately this type of behavior happens all the time.

Great outdoor area just shame about the service! At a function today and they ran out of fries.....sold a lot yesterday apparently....?! There is a supermarket next door.....

Great lunch express menu ..$10 with lots of options but I go the fish and chips with pineapple slaw ! Yummy with a beer a view over Vic park on a sunny day

Boozy brunch, been here 11/2 hours no drinks, meals missing, tried giving us sparkly wine but without glasses. Totally bad service never come here again .

They overbook, and then are unable to handle so many people. Food takes hours to arrive. Extremely Rude Staff with no sense of how customers are supposed to be treated. They change their own rules within minutes, and back again. Complained to the manager and the manager says we have complete right to do whatever we want, and you can leave if you don't like it.... I would never go back there. Even if it is free.

I was here few months ago with a big group of friends. The ambience was good and the staff had good customer service skills. They had a decent drinks menu. The food was good. Would recommend them :) Cheers

This place used to be a great place to go and hang out but for almost month, it has been the worst experience i have ever had in auckland. We ordered a simple mojioto and had to return it twice due to it not even being drinkable. By far the worst servers that we have come across, sloppy appearance rude and questionable behaviour that shocked both adults and children alike. The food was sloppy at best....

Complete waste of a venue. Staff rude. Booked months in advance and they didnt even have anything set up. 2nd time this has happened in 2 months. Go to lula inn dont waste your time.

Weren't expecting us despite booking online. Arrived to find staff cleaning from function the night before. The front entrance was blocked by bins, there was no music playing and we wondered if they were even planning on serving customers. We were the only people there and yet still had trouble getting service. Got the food order wrong and did not have haloumi available for vegetarian option. Left after forty five minutes despite having booked the 'bottomless brunch.' Avoid at all costs.

Enjoyed a great 21st here, didn t get to try much of the food, but bar staff were great when ordering drinks. Venue has a lot of space for big groups, but can be configured for smaller groups too I assume. The music experience towards the end of the night was unique and evidently quite popular.

Fantastic location, slow drink service, food was pretty good except the meatballs. Friendly staff.

Absolutely terrible. Completely understaffed. The women working the bar was rude. Hair in the food!!!! Would not recommend, Tom toms is the worst bar I ve ever visited.

The manager was rude and arrogant and the venue was really untidy. Defs not coming here again.

Service not as good as next door. Keep being asked to use my table to allow it for a private function. I dont know why they couldn't just take the table that wasn't being used rather me having to move. Good selection by the DJ.

If I had an option I would provide no stars. Went here yesterday to celebrate 21st for the bottomless brunch.We were all charged $50.00 per person, but have since found out that if you had non- alcoholic drinks it should have been only $30.00 per person.Half our group were not drinking but were not given this option and charged the full price. I believe we should be given a refund. I also think underage drinkers are being served alcohol without ID being requested. This booking was made months ago and food pre-ordered. Table was not set, no cutlery or glasses and not enough seats. Food was disgusting and cold, no one had a hot meal.The Birthday Girl was not served her food order, along with 5 other members of the party. (We did complain at 3.45pm as still waiting for food,so received refund for 3 meals)Waited 90 mins for first drink,drink order was taken but then we were told to go to the bar to get drinks as they were to busy.Manager incompetent and clearly lacking organisational and communication skills.Don't know how this place is operating,avoid.

I made a booking through there website for a leaving event, which I receive a confirmation booking email. A few days later i decided to phone up to confirm this booking and got told that the email was not a booking confirmation as no one asked for my credit card details and there was no room for my group. This was after I told everyone involved.
This could have been cataphatic if i did not decided to double check over the phone as the whole group would shown up at the booking time as per the email i received.
Completely poor and misleading- would not recommend

Friendly environment great bouncers doing a great job to make sure we're all safe n sound. Staff a little unsure of certain things, and afew of the bar staff were hard to understand there English.

Went here for my birthday on Saturday with 8 other girls for the Boozy Brunch - took 45 minutes for the first drink to arrive.

The food then came out about 45 minutes after that to which 7 dishes had to be sent back - 3 had hairs, 2 had cold beans, mushrooms and bacon. We asked for the cold dishes to be redone and they came back a second time still cold. We then asked to have fries/breads/snacks instead of the big breakfast and they advised they did not have the things in stock.

The bar manager was very apologetic and offered us a refund for the hassle.

They didn't have enough staff to keep up with the demand of the customers which resulted in slow service - not the individual servers fault, but still not good enough.

I never share reviews there's always something that's not up to scratch but Tom Tom is an exception to every rule the service is impeccable from the moment u enter the door! You can even tease the waiters and they will good humouredly respond the food is devine and reasonably priced but the cocktails ahhhh heaven. I never rank a place 10/10 but once again Tom Tom is the exception!

Terrible music, terrible drinks, expensive, and bad service.

This is a perfect place to meet up with a large group of people. They have a nice big marquee out side and the service is friendly and efficient. This elevated bar also has splendid views. A really nice place to have a few drinks and nibbles and you can always get a cab outside when you want to leave.

Service was terrible. Took 20 minutes to get a drink when it was only 1 deep at the bar. Bar staff couldn't keep track of who was waiting next, and took forever just to make a drink.

We had a corporate party there. This is what we thought: no ventilation or insufficient. Food was not a finger food. You needed forks for it and there weren't any. There wasnt enough food and it was coming too slow. It was 1pm and people were coming in extremely hungry. The staff was quite rude serving people, picking who to give food to. I understand that they had to distribute it somehow but the timing of the food being served was terrible. People were almost fighting for food. The sound of music wasn't loud enough, they explained it that there is an office underneath. I dont know how it was our problem. The experience overall was not good.
One of the ladies (bar staff) was wearing a bra instead of proper clothing. Which was inappropriate for a corporate event.

Top roof bar, very spacious and comfortable couches.

Good ambiance with nice staff, has indoor and out door areas to suit your needs. There are parking on street, but also a nearby ATHOP parking that is free after 6pm.

More bar than eatery. They managed to lose our reservation twice, so we skipped this one

Extremely Unsatisfied by the news heard by NZ Herald, a lovely couple was having their memorable wedding function in your restaurant and you have told them that you are not going to have function as you have offered more money frim someone else.
Now everyone will think twice to book any event in your restaurant.

These guys are making the best Sheesha with a wide range of flavors. With DJ on site, you should visit this place on Fridays and Sundays to enjoy the atmosphere.

New bar going to be a great place to go to watch sports or hang with mates
