Diamond Property Management, LLC Review

Terrible company. Nightmare to get them to make repairs. Only got a small portion of my deposit back. House was cleaner when I moved out, than when I moved in. When I tried to talk the person who showed me the property, she transferred me. Said she doesn t work in that department anymore. Passing the buck seems to be the MO for this company. Blamed the owner for the delay in repairs. Again passing the buck. They refuse to take any responsibility. Owner of the property left some of his things Dirty king size mattress in garage, wall hangings. Washer and dryer that did not work. Don t be fooled.

Diamond Prop Mgmnt has been managing a few of our properties for years and we have been very happy with them. They are reasonable and very responsive. we have had experience with other property managers and would rate DPM highly in comparison. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Diamond Realty is the biggest scam I ve ever seen in my life! I rented a house in Haughton, LA for a year and paid every month on time! Cleaned the house spotless when I left and they still kept my $1,500.00 deposit and said I owe all these late fees!! Please beware of this company!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst property management company you could ever rent from. I could type out paragraphs of our terrible experience with them but I won't even waste my time with it.

I have a rental house and all was going well till I received a bill for plumbing work that was done. I waited to receive an itemized bill since they told me it was $2200.00 . I wanted to see what all was done. Never received it till they told me they where holding my rent money till I paid the company only then did I get a bill that only said "cold water slab leak repair" amount $2200.00. That was not an itemized bill that told me why it was so much. Till this day I still have not received my rent money. I am the owner of the house if I want an explanation of work that was done before paying that much money I should be able to have it. So All I can say is Home Owners Beware. After reply.... Yes still no itemized bill pictures that were sent with a dug up yard was of someone else's yard after saying that was not my yard was sent a picture of a pipe running up the side of my house and nothing else. I live 1519 miles away and have no proof of what was done. In fact since this review was written I have received two more repair invoices. So yes the bill should be worked out between me and the plumbing company because I want proof of what was done. I pay DPM to work for me it's more like they work for them. I have yet to receive the money for the rent.... Justify it any way you wish I still deserve to know what I would be paying $2200.00 for. Now I question other repairs that I trusted them with. Like $1500.00 for hot water tank issue..... Use them at your own risk.

I do not recommend it very bad attention,it did not help me with my application, it could bring me a better disappointment , I went to look elsewhere... I do not recommended this place.

I love renting from Diamond. I love my home, priced where I wanted in the area that I needed. I have only have minor maintenance but they were highly professional and very helpful. I got the issued handled in 2 days. Great group of ladies. Highly recommend this company if your looking to rent

I have been a vendor for Diamond for almost 4 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I own a cleaning service and clean all their rental properties and their expectations are very high which means they care about their owners homes and any future tenants moving in. They have always been good at communicating with me on their expectations and send their work orders in a timely matter to make sure the houses are not rushed.

Love working with this company. Haven't had any problems and the ladies in the office are so nice.

Worst rental company!!! Look elsewhere!!! First house we rented was infested with mold in the heating/ air ducts!!! (Which they obviously knew about because someone attempted to paint over). This led to health problems for my entire family!

Upon this discovery, i rented another home with them due to ease of transferring deposit. When i requested maintance i was told to do it myself ! Upon moving from the home our security was slighted $700 to paint a hallway and $500 to clean gutters. They are immoral, unethical, and unscrupulous!!!! Stay away!!!

I rented a home from them for years. From Mary showing and doing contracts and Rhonda doing the maintenance it was no problem at all. Reading the complaints about security deposits is what is confusing. They took out for handyman repairs and cleaning but that was expected. Its not like the money goes to them anyways it goes to vendors. Move in pics were compared to move out pics. Clean up after yourself and you wont get penalized. Simple. All in all it was great. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

Is this a real company? Tried contacting them about a new rental for WEEKS through their website, phone number, Zillow, email, they just don't respond. Red flags for when you really need something? Yikes, no thanks.

Beware the positive reviews are from employees of Diamond Realty Property Management. I would never, ever refer someone to rent from Diamond. Inititially, we were shown a south Bossier property 4207 Kenny Street to be exact.. It had a hole in the ceiling of the master bedroom and patchwork in the ceiling of a second bedroom. The carpet was new but the lowest grade- with nails poking out between the seams. We were assured the house would be move in ready. Instead, we foolishly signed the lease before a walk through. Under the cupboards in the kitchen there is no drywall that separates your dishes to the inner part of home. There was dirt all over the cupboard floor and mouse/rat droppings. I had to bleach and deep clean. The storage shed in the back was filled with items and so was the laundry room. The laundry room had a broken refrigerator filled with rat poison and no cleaning was done at all. The msintenance guy at the time said he did not have time to move any of it because he was leaving for a job as a pastor and that we would have to just clean it out. We really had no where else to go and even though frustrating, we cleaned what we could and moved on. We paid all our rent on time. Upon move out, we had to move out due to a job transfer but we prepaid all of what we owed up front. We paid all our utilities. My point is we were great tenants. Throughout living there when we called for a broken window that was cracked when we moved in the window eventually broke all the way leaving a hole, when we realized the cracks in the front door were so wide you could see the sunlight, when every window was nailed shut, when the roof leaked, a/c broke twice in 90 plus heat, bathroom backed up..you name it the list goes on. We were patient with the wait and stunned by the lack of repair. The door was painted- the toilet back up and water leak to my daughters room- air dried- no blowers. The time to wait for repairs, sometimes days. I think you get the point. And to top it off we received only half our deposit and they charged us $150 cleaning fee to make the house move in ready. I just have to say if you rent from these guys take photos, document everything and follow-up. All things we wished we would have done. We were taken advantage of and would never rent with them if we moved back. One smart, prepared tenant may just have legal standing someday.
