Once it was a valid outlet but now it is a boutique not worth going unless you have to buy for the whole family that adding up the pieces saves something. If you live in the area, it may be worth the trip, but if you come from far away, it is better to choose the purchase in the city as today even the shops often offer the same discount.
The review is not about the quality of the products, known to all, but about the service. After several visits I must sadly acknowledge the widespread rudeness of the staff, unacceptable for a shop of this level. In my last experience (yesterday), we were first literally kicked out by the staff as the closing time had struck (a clerk even opened the curtain of my dressing room to invite me out), then at the cash desk we were notified of a Hogan promotion which would have entailed a 20% discount (which we could not benefit from due to not having reached a minimum spending threshold). The promotion was not advertised anywhere, moreover the shop assistants took great care not to mention it while shopping, evidently fearful that some customers could stay a little longer. I believe that brands of this type must pay much more attention to service, as the shopping experience becomes nothing short of up to par.
Unfortunately, the place was not impressed by the large areas occupied by goods for which there are inadequate prices and not a very large selection
I dealt with Hogan, Tod's and Fay. Excellent deals can be found. It is worth going there. On weekends and holidays it can be very crowded.

I thought the prices were lower for a store. but I didn't find much difference from those in city stores.
Very nice convenient unfriendly staff especially at the checkouts not a smile and a goodbye. Maybe for someone it is not interesting but for me it is.

Perfectly organized venue. Excellent opportunities on shoes. The products are of excellent quality. Impeccable customer service. Only recommendation: before paying at the checkout, it is better to personally check the goods that are delivered.

Roger Vivier are great shoes but the shop is unfortunately closed
Everything is perfect for the whole tod's company range from shoes to clothing to accessories. some pieces at incredible prices sometimes a third of the boutique price. Next to the Tod s coffee .. Nothing is missing.

It's called an outlet, but for me, an outlet should at least a discount of 50%. The highest discount I saw was 35%.

Once outlets now look more like a boutique.
There is a good selection of shoes and clothing even if the prices are only 30% cheaper than in the store. The business eventually do with samples and in the corners where they put discontinued products or collections switched to fixed or discounted prices by 50%, but you have to be lucky with sizes. Staff very friendly and helpful and never intrusive. Every once in a while it's worth the trip.

Really very kind assistants in helping. Too bad the pieces are not low, but the quality and durability of these shoes and clothing are unattainable! In the attached bar I found kindness and honest prices.

Second visit. Very few ladies small sizes in store. Prices inflated compared to our visit in January 2020. The store was very clean and very well presented.
