The review is not about the quality of the products, known to all, but about the service. After several visits I must sadly acknowledge the widespread rudeness of the staff, unacceptable for a shop of this level. In my last experience (yesterday), we were first literally kicked out by the staff as the closing time had struck (a clerk even opened the curtain of my dressing room to invite me out), then at the cash desk we were notified of a Hogan promotion which would have entailed a 20% discount (which we could not benefit from due to not having reached a minimum spending threshold). The promotion was not advertised anywhere, moreover the shop assistants took great care not to mention it while shopping, evidently fearful that some customers could stay a little longer. I believe that brands of this type must pay much more attention to service, as the shopping experience becomes nothing short of up to par.
