He told me.my business wouldn't be big enough for him to waste time setting up a dealer account. Only if this guy knew what our business was doing this year. I don't recomend this company, call Uline I did, and I got everything I was needing. Sorry TMI you need to do a better job picking your sales staff.

I was in a very competitive bid. The lady in customer service not only gave me the best options for the applications but also offered competitive pricing and as a result won the business. TMI provided total cost of ownership with the experienced staff on hand and made the customer experience enjoyable. They provided a good product, competitive pricing, and delivered on the ship dates provided before I placed the order. I wish I had more opportunities to throw their way. This used to be a very good company, the best. But now, they have gone downhill under their new owners. All the talented people, gone. Quality and delivery, in the toilet. Very sad. TMI, you're fired!
