Absolutely the worst customer service from Matt
We purchased a piece of equipment and it arrived two months later then we were told.
We went back and forth with Matt and it was always another excuse . We were told maybe another day or two until it arrived. When we asked for tracking information or where the machine was the response was he didn t know. One question that we were asked three times was asking us how far we are from Ridgefield. We responded back to him all three times saying we have never heard of it and asked what state it was. No response back answering what state. Matt did say he had problems with this shipper in the past. If he told us that we could have picked up the machine ourselves and avoided all of this aggravation.
We paid $465 for a machine we needed for jobs. His delay cost us over $2000 in work because we trusted Matt when he said it would arrive.
Matt did offer to do make right on the shipping which as of today he still has not done.
Would give a zero rating if it was possible. It is now two weeks since we have heard from Matt or Lela. Matt offered to make right on the shipping and haven t heard from him since. I sent the messages showing all the different dates he said we would receive the machine It went from Feb to March. March 11 he said I should get it that day. Another lie. Not only did it not come that day but not even that month
He will tell you what you want to hear so he can make a sale. After that he could care less
