Terrible customer service, have not got back to me about an issue I have and they probably won t bother. Also the quality of their suits and shirt are shocking compared to what they were, they don t last five minutes and are very overpriced! Would stay well clear!
This company is a scam. Please please stay away! If only i haf spend 2 minutes of my time reading the reviews before spending money on them. Purchased two shirts, delivery time, 2 to 5 days. 3 weeks later and nothing. In this day in age?
I bought some shirts from Macy's in the USA online & they arrived in a week. That is during the pandemic.
What company in this day in age doesn't have a customer services number? A scam one. Hiding under the cloud of "due to the COVID-19 pandemic'.
So if you want non-existent customer service and want to loose your money, then shop at TM Lewin.
You have been warned. Wish someone had done that to me before loosing my money. Will try go complain to the authorities to see if i can get my money bavk.
Unfortunately TM Lewin is now a scam. Having been taken over during the a Covid-19 crisis they no longer provide refunds even when sending clothes back to them and they have received them. Instead the company claims to have made a refund but they really haven t. I have chased a refund for 9 months now.
It s such a shame to see this company is now a scam.
I ordered my shirts over 36 days ago and they still haven t left dispatch to come to Australia. I ve read the company is in administration and going through some change but there hasn t been an update on the status of my order. I ve asked for a refund and have had the same standard response numerous times.
VERY POOR SERVICE-
I BOUGHT SOME SHIRTS FOR MY SON IN DECEMBER, ONE OF THE SHIRTS HAD READ FELT TIP PEN WRITTEN ON THE COLLAR! I HAVE FILLED OUT 3 REQUESTS FROM MYSELF TO YOUR COMPANY TO SEND A REPLACEMENT SHIRT, BUT HAVE ONLY HAD A GENERIC RESPONSE, SAYING YOU WILL BE IN TOUCH.
PLEASE EXPEDITE A REPLACEMENT SHIRT FOR MY SON.
I ordered some shirts for my husband in a few different sizes. I sent 3 back in October and now we're in January and I have heard nothing back. I waited patiently (as per their auto-reply) but still nothing. Absolutely shocking service.
Took a suit in to be altered. They lost it and I cannot get it back.They initially refused a refund because I might have bought it on ebay. When I proved purchase they said they would send me a refund. After a few weeks they wrote to say that due to unprecedented demand they had given my query solved status. I have heard nothing more and cannot get hold of them.
This is worse than negligent. The people running this administration are crooks.
It s a shame because quality wise I really like TM Lewin. I never shopped online till the pandemic and it was such a dreadful experience. I never received the good which was actually a gift. Took me 2 months to get my order cancelled. They kept responding to me with a generic email. Unfortunately, due to this I won t be ordering from them online again.
WARNING - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK!
