Appalling, the most incompetent mechanics ever, they fitted a provent 150 oil catch can to my vehicle and didnt fit the 2 O rings to the filter to seal it .
Dont waste your time .

My first visit and they were very helpful. great range of 4x4 gear..

I just cant get a quote or any service.
I went into the store and give them a list to quote up for me.
Then when i received nothing i tried to submit an enquiry through their website and it wouldnt recognise the code.
So i tried again (wrote the whole info out twice) but again faulty code.
I then rang the store and he was not interested that the enquiry system was faulty so he said just email the store.
Not sure if i wrote down the wrong email address or not but it bounces back my email on a few attempts.
There is no email on the website it just goes to the enquiry page.........
I tried to ring the store twice yesterday and just now again today and it just rings out.
At least have an answering machine so you can call back.
Thing is, i am decking out a new 200 so willing to spend a fair bit of coin.
I would not be impressed if this was my business thats for sure.
To be honest even in the store i stood around untill a young mechanic seen me standing there and tried to help.
When i asked a few questions which was out of his scope he said sorry sir but i will have to pass you onto someone else.
I was the only one in the store at the time but everyone looked was too busy to help me.
Frustrated to say the least.
Will look elsewhere.

Great place to get your 4WD gear, and very knowledgeable & friendly staff

TJM supplied and fitted front and rear light bars to my car. Unfortunately after 21 months there was a problem with the surface protection on the front bar. TJM replaced the unit with a brand new bar at no cost. Very happy with the service and quality of workmanship from this team.

Worst experience ever. New bull bar fitted, chipped paint off car on driver & passenger side, new indicators on new bull bar did t work. Our fully working winch was taken apart (wire off & hook removed) and we were told not working. Was delivered back to crash repairer minus our wire & hook. When they complained TJM advised we never had a hook on our winch. When they were sent photos of it insitu TJM delivered our wire back & a new hook (not on winch). Had to get accident repairer to touch up paint & ensure indicators on new bull bar were working. Disgusting service, would not trust them with your car, would never use again & would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and great communication. TJM have some great quality products. Very happy with new Bullbar and Winch on my ol'105 Landcruiser.

We had a small issue that required attention for a roof rack we had fitted by TJM. The customer service provided in helping us was second to none. Very satisfied and will keep shopping here.

A car accessories shop that is of interest to any man. There are many parts and they are cool. However, the price is not reasonable. I bought a fog light for $ 260. The installation fee is $ 220. But the staff are very kind.

Service hear is next to none , these bloke are no bull sh#t people , great to deal with , I brought some gear for my new Z71 to go around the Pilbara , after I left the wife tells me already brought me light bar for Xmas , so spoke to the boss there ROSS and just credit my invoice without a problem
( had not been fitted yet )
After they had finished fitting my other items Ben there really couldn t do enough to help gave me my credit back on card ,

I m sometimes hard to deal with cause I like things done rite !! Well this mob is one of the best !!!
Would recommend Kewdale branch to everyone even if you had to drive a bit to get there it bloody worth it

Customer service is amazing and very friendly staff I have had some suspension work done on my car here and haven t had any issues or problems! They even helped me out with some wiring issues on my camper saving me some troubles and looking after my safety! Great team with massive knowledge and the shop is very well set up!

Jeremy was very patient and answered my many questions about various products. Great service and great products.
