Excellent product and reliable, thorough back-up service... they care!

I've owned a Quantum for just over 3 years and I still can't wait for the next opportunity to take it out. It's seen over 40,000 km of mud, dust, dune sand and corrugations and has not missed a beat. It even has some cool features that only come into their own once you're bogged. Camping in the Q is much more comfortable than other trailers I've owned along with being very quick to make and break camp.

The after sales service provided by AOR is only unsurpassed by their design and manufacturing innovations.

You'll need deep pockets to purchase their product but you won't regret it.

We had the pleasure of owning a AOR Quantum S2 back in 2012 / 2013. This company was great to deal with as they were polite, professional and diligent at every step of the way. A few months ago we had reason to be in Caloundra and turned up at the factory unannounced around 3pm. The sales person went above and beyond to show us around the factory and some of their new builds. From experience, I highly recommend AOR and the brilliant camper / caravans they manufacture.

Just got delivery of our new Quantum Plus - so happy and well worth the wait. Great product and I was impressed with the whole sales and engagement approach - loved getting the pics as our van progressed through the build process. Luke was amazing in the support and advice he provided - very patient in explaining many times the water tank options. We are definitely AOR advocates.

I've owned a Quantum for 4 years and toured extensively throughout all states both on and off road. The van has not given any trouble. It is a tough,practical well designed van. From my experience the commitment by the service staff at AORC, to maintaining the van and updating design improvements is the real test of customer service. The ongoing continued support, after purchase is essential. AORC continue to deliver in this area and that is what sets them apart from others. Purchased a Quantum plus and have found AOR the best company I have dealt with. There customer service is second to none and a special thanks to luke who went out of his way to accommodate changes i made after the cut off date. The pictures during the build was also a nice way of keeping me updated. Had a minor warranty issue and it was sorted. Great work, keep it up guys.

Marketing excellent, customer service non existing - full stop

The vans are amazing. The service is second to none.
A couple of years ago we brought our Q+, used to do the big lap, back to AOR for a service and some additions. Whilst it was at their factory, we were driving down to the Sunshine Coast when the motor in the Land Rover blew. Cracked crank.
We were in a bit of a position with the Land Rover taking 10 weeks to repair. The team at AOR went out of their way to help both during business hours and out. I could go in to all of the things they did for us but the review would get awfully long.
To this day we still talk about the team there and the quality of their vans. We've since sold our van but the day we're in the market for another, we'll not hesitate to get another both for the design, engineering and build quality, and for the extra mile the team at AOR go for their customers.

Customer service is poor! Walked into the showroom with the intention of buying a van. No- one on the floor even acknowledged us! This company will not see us again
