Lovely store, friendly and helpful staff and great selection of well displayed products

Great store got everything you would need and great value

Staff don't seem to want to serve customers. Very weird

Trollies everywhere struggled to get down the isle s in my wheelchair. I know staff have to fill the shelves but this should be done when the shop is closed, no organization this is not just a one off

Always lots of bargains, just cannot go in this shop for one thing. Great buys

So much choice for all of my needs and all those little extras

Old Swan Home Bargains is a great store at the best of times but at the moment they are outstanding, the staff are always polite and helpful and I love calling in.

The place is spotlessly clean, the shelves are constantly being refilled. The baskets are sparkling, and they've had them at least for the years I've lived here.

Staff are quick, polite and friendly.

And, what can I add, there's bargain prices.

Cheaper products than most other retailers selling the same stock

Very busy customer service seemed OK But the staff seemed to be running around a lot not doing very much and annoying customers when they needed help

Where ever there is a Home Bargains, I always pop in in case there is something I need. Great shop.

This new purpose built store seems exciting on the face of it but products these days seem to be whatever else b and m are selling rather than the old days when you never knew what you might find when home n bargain was on the corner or when it moved in to woolworths.

This bigger store has now also turned into a training store where new staff start to learn the ropes. This means your shopping experience can be a bit hit and miss

A nice place to shop never too busy and a good of products

Always able to find what you need but a lot of the time stock can change. I get used to a certain way the shop is then they move their stuff so not cery autism friendly due to constant change. I like to just get my stuff and go back home.

The staff are friendly and professional the products are of the best quality and so cheap

Go in for one thing and end up coming out with 3 bags lol lots of bargains

Usual reasonably priced selection of odds and sods for your shopping. Toiletries, snacks, some homeware, booze. Includes a wistful sense of nostalgia for those of us who remember it as 'Home and Bargains - aah, it used to be all fields round here back then you know.

Love this shop! That simple. Love the bigger store's, could spend hours just browsing around, products are always cheaper than the main high street supermarket. First place I go when looking for anything & everything! I will be returning very soon!

Trouble with this shop is you tend to go in for one or two things and leave with about 10 bags of goodies at great prices hahaha l love the place XxX

Good friendly staff,good bargains and products,handy for me I ve just moved to old swan.You should update closing time on website it says 6 pm not 7pm

Not as cheap as they used to be ,but still cheaper than some especially toiletries, everything else is usual prices ,Brexit and a conservative government for you ,everything goes up but the wages .

Always have different things to look at good value for money
