Titus was the nominated transport company of a furniture shop I had ordered from.
I had called and emailed to schedule a delivery on the morning (8am-12noon) on a particular day, a week in advance, after being advised that after 5pm deliveries was not available. After taking half a day off work to await the delivery, nothing showed up. Sent through several emails afterwards and did not receive a single reply.
Desperate and disappointed, I gave Titus a call a few days later and was advised that a 6pm was in fact possible on that same day. No apologies whatsoever, but that's fine, at least I'm finally getting my delivery. Unsurprisingly, another no show, but I still wonder why they had not allowed an after 5pm delivery in the first place.
Received a phone call the following morning, asking if a 5pm delivery can be accepted that same day. Sure thing, I mean at this point, I had no faith nor expectations. Rushed home by 5pm, and waited.... and the driver finally calls at 6.50pm announcing his arrival. Went down to meet the driver, who was extremely reluctant (and ultimately did not agree) to make the delivery to my apartment unit, and yes, an elevator was available. "Moving you into the future" as their website proudly says in a delivery context, means good luck on carrying your own flatpacks I guess?
Overall, an extremely unreliable service, coupled by (not rude), but impolite customer service. I would definitely try my very best to avoid in the future.
