Nice service. Executive room in twin beds that they have transformed into doubles. It was clean. Bathroom far too small I think. The restaurant of the hotel is delicious. Breakfast at the hotel, good, but no more (not even hot chocolate proposed)

A nice and luxurious hotel at the center of Athens. The roof garden has great views of the surrounding areas. Also there is a breakfast buffet at the roof garden, which turns into a regular restaurant later on.
The hotel staff are courteous and they speak English.

I was booked for a standard room through my employer and upon arrival I was utterly disappointed. First of all, the lobby was extremely busy, this may mean that it is just a popular hotel but it was still a complete mess. I personally never had to queue up to check-in into a room.
Apparently, standard rooms are located on the first to third floors, and they are nothing like what you see on their website. I was given a room on the first floor which was more like a tomb, very dark, dull, and depressing. You get nothing but bed linens and towels. I headed to reception to request a change of rooms as what I got was nothing worthy of over 100! Again, I had to queue up for my turn and when I got served, the response was we can do nothing until we check everyone in and see if we have any availabilities to help you, come back after an hour or so .
I did as I was told and when I returned later to reception, they swapped my room from 110 to 113 so you guessed it right, just two doors down the corridor but exactly as awful and I was told this is the best they can do. Because I didn t want to queue again when I saw that I am in the same disappointed position and there was no way I was staying in that room for 5 nights, so I called the reception to avoid the queue which never seems to end. This time the receptionist was nice and explained to me that all rooms below the 4th floor are that bad and that the good ones are on the 4th above so I requested an upgrade but they said they are fully booked and they won t be able to find something. But as soon as I told them that I d like to check-out and I ll just leave they discovered they have one room on the 4th floor that they can upgrade me to. The upgrade was for only like 10 a night so this was very bizarre that such a little amount of money made such a huge difference in the quality of the room. Great hotel in the center of Athens. Correct buffet and stunning views of the Acropolis of Athens from its terrace

Where to start. Incredibly clean and comfortable rooms. Complete and delicious breakfast. High gastronomic lunch and an ideal location in the city, just a few meters from Syntagma Square. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the view from the roof garden to the 11th floor is breathtaking.

Nice hotel, clean and in a very central location. Nice kitchen. Hosts events and conferences. It has a roof garden.

The date of the hotel is beautiful as shown in the photos.
The room that touched us ... triple, we collided with each other because of how small it was. Cleaning is good, only to replenish they are stingy means.
It has a huge lobby, several bar services, a gym, and an outdoor floor that is a restaurant.
It is in the heart of the city and is close to almost all the tourist places.

This is a large hotel with a beautiful lobby. In a great location, Metro is just 3 minutes from the hotel. For most places like Syntagma, Plaka, Monstiraki Armo Street it is possible and recommended to get there on foot from the hotel within an average of 15 minutes. In clean rooms. Cleaning and changing towels every day. The room has a kettle with coffee and tea. Bar, safe, bathroom has a pen, shampoo and soap, disposable slippers. Good air conditioning. A very rich and delicious breakfast on the top floor of the hotel, which is also a restaurant with an amazing view of the Acropolis and the whole city. In this restaurant we ate several times lunch and dinner and each meal was simply a delight. Not cheap but definitely worth it, the atmosphere and service are great and the delicious food is worth it.
At reception a kind and willing staff to help. We received help and an answer to all our inquiries.
The only thing that disappoints is the current in the shower (not critical) but it is relatively weak.
I have heard some say that there are immigrants in the area - that is not true. The street is lively with locals ... I also noticed that a lot of local business people come to the hotel restaurant in the afternoon. In other words the hotel is recommended, good value for the price.

Beautiful modern hotel with the newly renovated Olive Garden rooftop with the most spectacular view of Athens and the Acropolis in the distance! Highly recommended! My second visit and l will be back!!

Modern hotel and very well located ... near the neuralgic center (Plaka) and between 2 metro stations.

Very nice staff and small care, we were on the 8th floor, beautiful view with balcony. Bathroom / toilet much too small and big disappointment of the breakfast where one thinks himself in canteen, lack of choice, disappointing not to find strawberry at breakfast while the sellers is crumbling on every street corner, buffet lunch with little Sugar products, and a staff person who was very rude. Good location of the hotel just minutes from the center of Athens, clean rooms, 4 lifts crowded and agonizingly slow. Even though overall things were pretty positive, this hotel is more like a 3 star than a 4.

Came here for my last night in Greece after 2 months, had stayed before and was very good so thought would do so again. Decided to have a meal on the balcony which looks toward the Acropolis was served a drink and given a menu..... was not seen again for an hour, and only because I called the waiter. Must say service was lax. I asked to see the person in charge told them what I think and to take the menu as now was not interested in a meal. Very disappointed, they tried to make it up by giving me a cheese mixed platter and a drink on the house, does not make up for the lack of service. Would have preferred the saganaki prawn and pork meal..... NOT HAPPY.... Next year elsewhere. Breakfast another farce, they have moved breakfast to the olive grove which has reduced seating capacity by quite a bit. Attended breakfast at 06:40, qued up for food then attempted to find a seat, there were none, asked an attendant where to get a knife and fork, I was willing to stand at a counter, her answer was very blunt at the table......problem being the tables were all full...... TITANIA... get your act together. Last time was very pleasant DOES NOT DESERVE 4 STARS, 3 AT BEST.

Only the location is in good neighborhood with walking distance to city center and away from busy streets.
Poor service , overpriced food for such quality and service , untrained staff and kind of rude including the management who really struggle to acknowledge the poor service and would give all sort of explanation NOT to say sorry.
Don't expect t proper view of Acropolis in the rooms advertised.
Hotel seriously needs complete renovation and change of management.

Very well located near very nice places to go out to dinner. The view of the terrace towards Acropolis invites you to have a drink in the evening. It is a hotel with a lot of movement and good service. The breakfasts are too generous in the variety of what they offer. To improve and much ... Maintenance especially in the bathroom. They are very old and very patched apart from that our sink had loose parts and it looked unpleasant.

Very good location good service provided you do not touch student delegations that devastate, with their youth, with everything!

I made a circuit in Greece and was hosted twice at the hotel, the first time gave me a reasonable quarter, the second time they gave me a room in the catacombs, had to cross a hallway with cabinets of employees and cleanings and with beds articulated in the hallway, even very bad. the room was smaller, the bathroom also smaller, the barred window with no view and a building at 1 meter from the window, there was no comparison with the previous. Very bad even.

This hotel is in the centre of Athens; therefore, well located for sight seeing.
It is a modern hotel and has plenty of rooms at reasonable prices. The entrance area is large and there is a great coffee/lounge area here too.
Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice.

WiFi was not free and the room was old and tacky. Some parts of the hotel is newly renovated whilst the old parts are really old and unclean. Walking left from the hotel brings you to the bad side of Athens where it is not comfortable to walk at night.

Very good ... the roof top is top rs ... if they didn't charge to weigh the bags on the way out to help the 23k control at the airport would be perfect.

Bedutiful hotel located right in the middle of Athens. The room was nice with comfortable bedding and furnature. The complimentary breakfast took place on the top floor of the hotel overlook the entire city. Magnificant stay, would come again.

Located on the main Street near major tourist attraction and preferred choice for tourist. Rooms are small. The view from the rooftop facing Acropolis is just amazing.. breakfast was continental without any Indian stuff...the location is a big plus point...

You can hardly describe this dream hotel in words. Exceptionally beautiful. Super nice staff, unique breakfast buffet and evening buffet with an unimaginable view of the Acropolis. One would like to grow stuck to the chair from the rooftop restaurant. Interesting guests from all over the world. One can only marvel and enjoy.

Rooms not huge, but very comfortable (the hotel has a huge amount, and variety, of rooms on various floors). Breakfast on the eleventh terrace, floor with a vast choice of sweet and savory, enjoying a wonderful view of the city and the acropolis with the majestic Parthenon

Only had greek coffee very good service and nice style to serve the coffee in the copper container

Very dirty hotel, insects were found, no room was cleaned, cleaners did not do their job at all, in the parlor the hair dryer was damaged and some wood in the beds were broken, the water in the rooms was 1.5 euros and does not have a free wifi parlor at the hotel entrance unless you pay 12.5 euros a day to have in the room. I stayed there 2 weeks ago, an unacceptable hotel.

An apotheosis entrance and then a bad room, in Spain a 2 hotel is better. Old, dirty, with a very small bathroom, faucets worn, sink without counter, that did not swallow the water, with a repisita of 15 cm wide. Air conditioning that does not cool.

We came to this hotel for a conference event. It was very good lobby and conference hall. The food and desert was very delicius.
