Wonderful guest house next to Lake Ioannina. The guesthouse is owned by three young brothers, Giorgos, Maria and Filikos, who together with the rest of staff make you feel at home and not in a hotel.

Apart from the courtesy of the staff and the owner, apart from the cleanliness, the warm environment, the wonderful decoration even in the smallest detail, the varied and delicious breakfast, I will never forget the sleep on the awesome mattress of the bed and the most anatomical and relaxing pillows that I have slept on .... ever !! The first time I did not take my pillow, which I always carry with me on trips because of my neck, out of the car! Thanks and congratulations !!

in the room there were insects and they looked like cockroaches. we saw at least 2. I hope they have not expanded into other rooms. good breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet back street but very close to the castle, lake, shopping and many bars and restaurants. Do visit the little island in the lake and the amazing Ali Pasa museum.
Most of all the family and staff were so friendly and helpful including with my limited Greek.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, central and courteous staff. The only negative thing is the mosquitoes in the room in the evening. Owners must take their measures for this. From the two nights I stayed, the second was unfortunately torture, as I woke up at 4:30 in the morning!
