My company aligned with Titan Solar through their dealer program and I can't say enough about the people behind the scenes, specifically Lenin Arevalo, Chris Mikus, and her team. Both Lenin and Chris bend over backward to help you get whatever you need. What's more important is they take the time to explain things, even if it's an impromptu, hour-long training session, just to make sure you understand how to do it right the first time. Their drop-almost-everything-to-help out mentality is amazing and they're truly a pleasure to work with!

***UPDATE** I GOT A CALL FROM SAMANTHA JONES TODAY. WE TALKED ABOUT THE ISSUES AND SHE UNDERSTOOD MY POSITION AND FRUSTRATION. ALTHOUGH SHE COULD NOT CHANGE THE PAST, HER EFFORTS TO TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT ARE MUCH APPRECIATED. THIS WAS BEYOND MONEY, IT IS ABOUT WORKING WITH THE CONSUMER AND MAKING THEM FEEL LIKE THEY MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE BY CHOOSING YOUR COMPANY. SAMANTHA, THANK YOU! YOU GET 5 STARS....... This started in August of 2019!! We went solar shortly after purchasing our home. In AZ we have very bad monsoon storms. We went through our first season without a problem (no leaky roof). We had the solar panels up and running in March of 2019. Our first monsoon season with solar panels comes and we have a roof leak. Called Titan to see if the solar had something to do with the leak. They said it would be some days before they could get someone out to take a look. The forecast was more rain. I got someone to come and look at the problem. The roofer informed me that I had over a dozen broken tiles and that's prob how the rain is getting to the paper underneath. Since we had the tiles replaced before buying the home, I knew there should not have been any broken tiles or at least not that many. Paid the roofer $640 to do the job. I called Titan to inform them that I had taken care of the issue but I wanted someone to come take a look because I thought Titan was responsible. They sent someone out about a week later. He got on the roof, took photos and we gave him the invoice. He said he would get it taken care of quickly. 1 month past, 2 months past and nothing. Called Titan and they said there are no documents on file for our claim. They asked me to submit photos and receipts that I did not have (their rep took them). Finally had Manuel Sanchez, field supervisor give me a call. He said he would look into it. Again, no response for weeks. I had to track down the guy who did the work and get another receipt. Gave it to Manuel and he said they would send out a check. A month past, another month and no check. Manuel said there was an issue and files were lost but he would have a check sent out as soon as possible. End of April and we just got the check, $150. This started in August of 2019!! All they covered was the cost of the actual tile. I work in insurance so I know how hard it could be to get anything from a claim. I wasn't expecting a full payout but at least half. Called Titan and the rep asked for the receipt because it was not in our file, again. Got a call from Manuel and discussed the issue. He stood by Titan and said it was not their fault. I guess he forgot the companies #3 value, Acknowledge & Apologize for mistakes with humility. He said they were not gonna pay anything else. We have already referred 3 clients to Titan. Not any longer.
