I will never purchase from this company and will make sure that everyone I know hears about how they run their company and how they treat their employees. I am disgusted by the way my family has been treated by this company especially during the holiday season. Used and abused comes to mind. This company hired my father for a full time position, told him what his pay would be and what he would be doing. The day he started he found out that he was not going to be doing the job they hired him for and that his pay was $2 less than they had previously told him during his interview. He was working 60 hours a week right off with no training and being shuffled from one thing to the next. Then they wanted him to do deliveries so he started driving all over NY state doing deliveries. On the first delivery he had a supervisor with him who reviewed the other drivers log book during the drive to discover that the other driver was not taking the required breaks that you are required to take as a driver so that he could get done quicker. The supervisor told my father that this driver would have to be talked to about this because it is illegal. Then my father had to make an overnight trip to NY city. He got back home very late Friday night, got a few hours of sleep and then had to make another delivery to Syracuse on Saturday. When he returned to work his boss took him aside and told him that he was not doing deliveries quickly enough and that they would have to let him go. He was fired December 21st, right before Christmas. My father said that he knew that they had other jobs in the building that he could do if he was not happy with his delivery times and his boss told him that they had nothing for him and he was fired. My dad was doing deliveries and following New York state regulations. The other drivers illegal driving was brought to light and my dad was fired because of it. He did nothing wrong, he was honest and hard working, an he was fired for it. If this is the way this business conducts itself I want people to know about it and do something. They can guarantee that I won't stop until their actions are brought to light.
My husband was laid off from here after 18+ years he was totally dedicated and traveled in some of the worst weather you can imagine to get there at times never missed any time ... Timeless Frames you are the most unfair employers I have ever known and don't deserve a good dedicated employee and I know of a few that worked there .....
This was a strange company to deal with in the world of 2016. First, the frame pairs and connectors are well-machined and fit nicely. But assembly can be problematic - and the company is no help. I bought them at A.C. Moore: 38-inch and 27-inch pairs. Right away there was an issue: each frame pair's instructions were different! Same product and packaging - different instructions. Worse, both were incomplete; you could not build the frame if you followed either of them. And there are no other instructions anywhere. Very frustrating. (I have a good mechanical aptitude, have built and repaired everything from motorcycles to furniture.) Even calling the company wasn't easy because the packaging gives NO company information. Seriously. So I had to Google them - and it was the wrong phone number! The nice operator told me to call a different one, at which point I got a customer service rep who knew nothing about the frames! What? Switched to a different rep; she was helpful, at least as far as telling me that the instructions I needed are buried under a couple layers in their website's "Help" link. What? "Why don't you put them in the package?" Answer: "Really. I don't know." "Why don't you make them easier to find since the packaging is contradictory and incomplete?" Answer: "I don't know." This isn't quantum physics, it's a picture frame. Why should it be so problematic? Finally, on larger frame sizes, Timeless Frames does not include enough spring clamps to hold a larger print flat and clean against the glass, so it curls in. (Luckily, being a pro photographer, I had a bunch of spring clamps.) Bottom line: assembling a Timeless Frames frame is not nearly as easy or intuitive as it should be - and it's not the product, it's the company.
