Excellent service while I waited just a few minutes

He has fixed my watches for decades, quickly and at a fair price.

Disappointed. I hear advertisements for this place in the afternoon listening to 103.3 on the radio, and they sound good. The Ad was good enough to get me in the door, but sadly nothing they had to offer was worth any of my money.

When they advertised "get a new strap/band for your watch", I was expecting to see something that I couldn't get at walmart. I went in wearing my Longines Legend Diver, thinking that maybe they'd have some nice leather or even a Gator strap. I found little to nothing in 22mm (A common size.) Just grandpa's stretchy hair pulling timex band, and some really pathetic rubber.

The apparent owner was too busy explaining to some tweaker that the watch he likely stole wasn't worth anything, and the woman who 'helped' me seemed all together uninterested.

I haven't been back.

I have been getting my watch batteries replaced, watch bands resized, and jewelry repaired there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is one of the only places in town that actually works on mechanical watches, they do great work at a great price!

Time shoppe charged me $8 for punch two extra holes in my new watch strap, which I have no problem with. However, the holes are too big and the job they did wasn't good at all. But they said "nobody is going to notice this". It has little to do with people noticing it but more with the competence of the workers here. Very disappointed!

Quick service, however it is expensive. I would call/shop around because there are other stores who provide the same service and charge less.

10/10. Highly recommend for any watch battery replacement or new sizing. Brought a loose watch in that was causing much frustation within 3 minutes my watch was as good as new, no charge!

I brought in my Movado watch to have the battery replaced.... the nice lady told me 25.00 and it would be a few minutes. After about ten minutes the lady comes from the back asking to keep the watch until the next day! At first I agreed but because this particular watch has a ton of sentimental value I respectfully declined! I proceed to the mall and find a jeweler to replace the battery but proceeds to tell me my screws are stripped! Come to find out the reason she wanted to keep is because she stripped out my screws! I m upset she didn t tell me right then, SHE LET ME LEAVE WITH MY WATCH WITHOUT TELLING ME! I would give 0 stars if it let me!

I love going to the Time Shoppe! David & Jane are always so good to me. They fix my watch's and order me new bands for my watch's and their customer service is the best ever!
Jane even fixed my favorite Halloween light pin once. Please go see them, they will always take great care of you! 5 stars every time!!

Didn't receive friendly customer service over the phone when asking about a servicing question. Went in and they have good prices. Will continue to use other local watch repair shops as I've been doing

The watch band I bought from them for one watch broke the third time I wore it. They did not offer me a refund.
The new crystal they put in my watch that had been my father's fell off, along with the bezel, while I was out running errands. I didn't realize the crystal and bezel were gone until I was on my way home. When I returned to the Time Shoppe without the bezel or crystal, not only did they not offer a refund on the crystal and repair bill, they didn't admit fault, didn't apologize, didn't even offer condolences. I sat in my car and wept. It wasn't an expensive watch-but it was of great sentimental value to me.
I don't usually write reviews of businesses. I'm usually pretty gracious about things. I'm writing this because I don't want other people to experience the same unfortunate things I experienced here.

Only one like it around. Takes good care of old and new time pieces. Trusted them with my great grandfathers pocket watch and they did an awesome job!

I've always taken my watches to Time Shoppe for battery replacement but recently had Dave repair a 100-year-old pocket watch and replace the faded, plastic window. I got it back today and it looks great and appears to be in good working order.

It's also cool to watch how he does some repairs as he has a work station right in front.

He also has a selection of replacement bands. I came away with a NATO strap that was a nice upgrade in a Timex.

I have never had to have a watch repaired but if I did need it I would go here.. I have only gotten batteries replaced but they are fast & efficient... I did notice they sell watches that will read out the time to you.. They were pretty nice & reasonably priced.

A place that is reliable & affordable that continually demonstrates strong Christian values.

I went to have a battery replaced in my Father's favorite watch. It upset him that 3 days later it stopped. Never had that problem before.

Nice little shop! I was hoping they'd have a larger selection of watches for sale outside of just Seiko & Pulsar but I went to have batteries replaced in a couple Quartz watches I own & it was done very quickly & at a reasonable price. I was hoping to look at some Omega's, Tissot, Tudor, TAG, etc or upper level watches but I think the shop is more geared towards service/repair. Nice selection of straps/bands though & the people there were very nice. Thanks!

I have all of my watches that I own repaired with the Time Shoppe. The watch looks better and is back to perfect running condition when they're finished. Great and very friendly people. I will definitely be back

Dropped off my watch and they took care of the rest in a timely fashion with fair pricing. I also got some extra advice on vintage watches which turned out to be helpful down the road.

this is my grandpa's and my grandma's shop I know they work very hard and would never want anything bad for anyone and if you had a bad time here I am sorry but we are all human no one is perfect. This is absolutely the only place in town that I would trust with my watches, or any jewelry. The owner is a fine man who is a true industry expert. I needed to get the bracelet removed from my Rolex today and he is the only person in Lincoln I would trust.

It s a great mom and pop shop that is family operated but you also get a level of expertise that exists nowhere else in Lincoln.

Not hard to do people, but when you continiuously get good plain service....it's not by accident. This place is reputable and deserves 5 stars. Thankyou Time Shoppe!

They tried hard to fix my watch band, when no one else would try. Unfortunately it was unfixable.

I ve taken my watch to the Time Shoppe to get the battery replaced for a few years now. Every time I go, the employees are able to replace the battery in a few minutes and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs their watch fixed. It s a great place.

This is the ONLY place I take my time pieces for repair or maintenance. The owners are skillful, professional and caring.

Just writing this review after stopping at the shop and running a few errands. Gotta say, it was a quick and easy in and out. Not only did he replace my watch batteries and take a link from one band, but he set my time, and chronographs. Might go without saying, but I thought that was a courteous extra to be honest. Great customer service, and pleasant to talk to. Will definitely go back again when in need of a new time piece or service. Thanks again!

I am going to review 2 things here, the Time Shoppe and some of the reviews from other people. First off, we have been customers of the Time Shoppe for several years having batteries changed and small watch repairs. We have always been very satisfied with the workmanship and the fees paid for the work. Dave and staff has always been pleasant to us. Now as far as some reviews from other people. This man runs a very respectable business and is fully qualified in his field. For anyone to question if he is a real horologist and qualified to do such work or not is ridiculous. Just because your watch was not a candidate for repair based on its issues per his opinion, don't bash the man on reviews because you don't like his advice. In fact his advice and experience is exactly the reason people go there. How about instead you go home and try to fix your watch yourself and then see how easy this kind of work is. Lincoln is lucky to have his business available to all of us and we should all appreciate we can go there.

Dave Wolf consistently does an excellent job repairing my watches or replacing their batteries! He & his family who help out in the Shoppe are always pleasant & efficient w/ their tasks! We've known Dave & his daughter a long time. Thanks for your good work!!

I had a great experience. It took less than 5 minutes to change my watch battery, he changed it to the correct time, and it was only $10.
