The watch band I bought from them for one watch broke the third time I wore it. They did not offer me a refund.
The new crystal they put in my watch that had been my father's fell off, along with the bezel, while I was out running errands. I didn't realize the crystal and bezel were gone until I was on my way home. When I returned to the Time Shoppe without the bezel or crystal, not only did they not offer a refund on the crystal and repair bill, they didn't admit fault, didn't apologize, didn't even offer condolences. I sat in my car and wept. It wasn't an expensive watch-but it was of great sentimental value to me.
I don't usually write reviews of businesses. I'm usually pretty gracious about things. I'm writing this because I don't want other people to experience the same unfortunate things I experienced here.
