I brought in my Movado watch to have the battery replaced.... the nice lady told me 25.00 and it would be a few minutes. After about ten minutes the lady comes from the back asking to keep the watch until the next day! At first I agreed but because this particular watch has a ton of sentimental value I respectfully declined! I proceed to the mall and find a jeweler to replace the battery but proceeds to tell me my screws are stripped! Come to find out the reason she wanted to keep is because she stripped out my screws! I m upset she didn t tell me right then, SHE LET ME LEAVE WITH MY WATCH WITHOUT TELLING ME! I would give 0 stars if it let me!
