Great price and service on our gas fireplace insert. They gave a thorough quote and the service was on time, clean, and very professional. Highly recommended.

Timberwolf did a fantastic job throughout the process of having a gas insert replaced in our basement. They tailored the quote to allow me to do tear-out and re-finishing work - while still quoting me a very reasonable price for the work that made me second guess doing any of it myself.

Both the sales personal and the installers were incredibly professional and friendly, with the bulk of the work being completed while only my wife was home. We are extremely happy with the unit we had installed and the quality of the finished work, as was the city inspector. I would highly recommend Timberwolf Hearth for any and all fireplace work.

We just had John come out and clean and check our fireplace this Friday and he was absolutely excellent. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He was quick and left our fireplace looking like new. I feel so good about using our fireplace, it smells clean and it s safe. Great experience!

Excellent Service! I called TH Fireplaces as my gas fireplace would no longer stay lit. After checking with ATCO that it was not a gas issue, we hired TH to fix the problem. Aaron from TH arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. More importantly he was very thorough and perseverant. It was not easy to diagnose what was wrong but he tried one thing after another and would not give up. In the end he solved the puzzle and was able to repair the fireplace in a way that was much simpler than what other companies had suggested they would likely need to do (he was able to clear the existing gas line rather than replace it). He went above and beyond and we so appreciate his time and effort. We will refer TH to friends and family for sure!

Very impressed with exceptional service I received during odd times (Covid). Jason was very upfront and honest with products and ideas I had for a fireplace in my sunk in living room. I was wanting to keep the old brick surround for the new fireplace. Other companies had told me it was not possible. TH was willing to work with me and custom fit a full gas fire place instead of going the easy way and putting an insert in that would have left a way smaller fire box and a large steel surround to the brick.
Jason communication throughout the process was excellent and the installers were very professional and hard workers.

My wife was getting sick from our fireplace smell. The first company cleaned it mainly with wipes and problem remained and refused to do follow up. Timberwolf offered to do a visit and said it'll be no charge if we cannot fix it. Well they definitely fixed it as their man was waaaay more thorough than the other. Our experience with Jason Johnsen was the most positive purchase and installation of any appliance we have bought in the past. His expertise and guidance was superb and within a week we had met, purchased and enjoyed our new gas fireplace from TH Fireplaces. We are super happy with our service from TH Fireplaces! We had been having issues on and off for months with our gas fireplace. We even had a different service company check it out last year (mid 2019), but it only temporarily fixed our issues, leaving the fireplace unreliable, which then became unusable in Dec 2019.
Finally, after the super cold snap we decided to try a different company. Based off of the great google reviews, we gave TH Fireplaces a call, and they did not disappoint! The receptionist was great to deal with, and gave a reminder call the day before. On the day of, we got a 15 min call ahead from Aaron to let us know he was on his way. Aaron was fantastic! He was super detailed and thorough with his inspection. He was also great at explaining everything and answering all of our questions.
Our fireplace issue was quickly resolved after determining it was a wall switch issue - something the other service company never mentioned.
Aaron also did a thorough clean of the fireplace - vacuumed , dusted the grates and cleaned the glass (a service that is included in their standard service call).
I highly recommend this company and will be calling back for future service calls!

We have had nothing but issues with our fireplace since we built in 2013. The original installer came out in 2015 but basically said there was nothing wrong and didn't really do any investigation on the fireplace itself, however mainly it was suffocating itself and when we contacted the builder Calbridge they just passed the buck and told us to contact the installer. Unfortunately that company is no longer in business and I ended up making the mistake of contacting a small independent company. That was an awful experience as after a $250! bill I was basically told it was installed incorrectly and would need a new and better fireplace and to tear it all apart. That is when I reached out to Jason at Timberwolf. AMAZING! Jason listened to my concerns and the experience we had with the builder and prior company. He arranged to be out in less than 24 hrs and his team were incredible! They explained in detail what the cause might be and that there was nothing wrong with my fireplace model or its installation. In about an hour they inspected its operation and PROPERLY fixed my outside vent and even built me onsite a shield to protect form the intense wind we get, as the cause of my issues were likely weather related. I cannot say enough positives about this organization, its owner and its team. From my original discussion with the office to the interactions with Jason and his team. I will be using Timberwolf moving forward for any fireplace concerns and my yearly maintenance visit. THANK YOU TIMBERWOLF!!

I had my fireplace serviced and repaired by Aarron who did a first class job. When I built my house TH did the Installtions of both my fireplaces. That was 16 years ago and until this month never need any repairs. Excellent service from Elsie who was very thorough.

From start to finish Jason, Elsie and all the install team were awesome. Had my fireplace repaired and cleaned by Timberwolf Hearth. They did an excellent job. They knew what the problem was and fixed it good as new. They also did a really good job cleaning the fireplace, I was surprised how much dust came out. I didn t think it was that bad. Now it looks clean and shiny again. The young man s name is Aaron, and I don t remember the other young man s name. Both were very nice, and they explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. We are very pleased with the service we received getting our gas fireplace repaired. It started with a pleasant conversation to setup an appointment that worked for my schedule. Aaron called on the day of the appointment and arrived at the scheduled time.He did a great job of diagnosing the issue and executing the repair. He ensured all the other components including the fan were working properly and even cleaned the glass. I feel we received great value for the cost of the service.

Aaron was great. He came and repaired our busted gas fireplace recently and we couldn't be more happy to have it functioning again. He was polite and friendly and cleaned everything up after finishing. He even rearranged the fake logs to a nicer configuration than we previously had and threw in some ember things that really make the fire pop. Thanks Aaron and TH Fireplaces!

Th Fireplaces was the best experience I have had with my home renovation. They helped me choose the fireplace and style to go with the rest of my renovation and could not be happier with how it turned out.
