I highly recommend TH fireplaces to anyone looking to update their fireplace. We were greeted by Elsie as we entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Elsie kept me updated through email as events would arise. Jason was also knowledgeable and sold me on the fireplace. I had been looking at another company but Jason ensured me that I d be happy with their product. Ryan and Josiah were easy to deal with. Cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient installing the insert. Everyone went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I ll recommend to others to visit TH fireplace if looking to update their fireplace.
