Excellent Service! I called TH Fireplaces as my gas fireplace would no longer stay lit. After checking with ATCO that it was not a gas issue, we hired TH to fix the problem. Aaron from TH arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. More importantly he was very thorough and perseverant. It was not easy to diagnose what was wrong but he tried one thing after another and would not give up. In the end he solved the puzzle and was able to repair the fireplace in a way that was much simpler than what other companies had suggested they would likely need to do (he was able to clear the existing gas line rather than replace it). He went above and beyond and we so appreciate his time and effort. We will refer TH to friends and family for sure!
