Timberwolf Golf Course
Good golf course.. Friendly starter, great practice area....
One of the best courses in Sudbury. Greens and fairways are manicured. Challenging and long, but lots if wide open fairways
Greens were fast, course in good shape, but had to wait long in between holes
First time being to a course in the area since we moved to Sudbury. My boyfriend and I booked our tee time for 2pm but since the times were fairly open we left home an hour early. We stopped to grab a quick bite to eat in the clubhouse and ended up waiting 40 minutes for a taco salad and club sandwich with only 2 other people in the restaurant waiting on food. The food appeared to be delivered by a manager, however the extraordinary amount of time we waited was not acknowledged. Due to this we only ate half of our food and rushed over to the range to hit 10 balls each before teeing off at our regular time. Besides this, the course was a decent layout, some of the holes were a bit rough condition wise but overall the course itself was nice and we enjoyed our game up until getting held up on the last 4 holes behind a group of six. The marshall drove past twice and we are not sure if anything was said to the group of six. Due to this experience we will probably explore other courses for the remainder of the summer.
Hacent played the course but it is nice that it has the only full service proshop in the city and a great driving range and practice center to work on all aspects of your game
Everything was great but the ground was lifted do the door would not open wide... It was a very cold year.
Nice course. It's like walking around on carpet. Green are nice and quick
Nice course. Strict dress code so come prepared. Otherwise, they have a pro shop with what you need and a bar to drink after. Good staff, had a good time.
Upscale golf course. Great place to go if you can afford it.
For this time year is was a nice day at the course...oh yeah I beat them all
Course is in good shape for this time of year. I almost always enjoy golfing at Timberwolf!
This is a real golf course. Long, every hole different, with greens you truly have to read. Fairways great. I think it is the 2nd nicest course in northern Ontario. Fantastic drying range. Good was great last year - please keep it going.
Great course ................................................................................................................................................................................................. .. ........
Horrible experience!!! Went to a fundraiser golf tournament and paid $90 per person to golf 18 holes and a meal. Started golfing at 1:30. Tried to get a hot dog or sausage around 4 pm and was told they were out of them. Finished golfing around 8. Very hungry at this point. Found out that they couldn't figure out how to cook the chicken!! It was raw when they first served it. Said they would replace with sausages!! That never happened!!! Over 60 people left hungry with most of us stopping for food on our way home!! Will never go back to this place. No apologies were given. Poor management!!
I am a member and love the course and staff. Membership is not expensive.
My tee time was delayed, and I feel that it was because, no one wanted to be paiired up as a twosome with my 5 year old and I... so we were late for bedtime
My friends got married and it was beautiful. The venue, the food, the open bar, and the outdoor setting was great. Nothing bad to say here
Several enjoyable experiences here, although its pricey and as such tends to have players who have little to no patience for less experienced players.
Course is in excellent shape and they now have Ladies Tees. Need more washroom facilities
A great course design by Thomas McBroom, it plays long and rewards the best ball strikers. The club house leaves much to be desired.
