As we came in, to open a New Account with this bank. With a decent amount of Tax Return. We are told it is to close to Closing Time. And "MAYBE",.. we could come back at a more Convenient Time for them.

We've just opened up accounts here a month ago, and we've spent two attempts and a solid month trying to get debit cards for those accounts. Twice now the bank has screwed up on what they send, said "oh, whoops, sorry. We'll rush another set!"... then two weeks later another incorrect set arrives.
If I can't use the accounts that were set up, then they don't do me any good. I'll have to find a bank elsewhere.
**Edit** Hey! Third time was the charm! This time I actually received the cards I ordered. Have another star, Timberland Bank.
My husband and I have just a basic checking acct and have never had an issue! Any issue we have that has come up the staff is friendly and prompt in fixing or helping correct. I would recommend this bank. I enjoy the staff, the app and website are super easy to navigate. Wonderful locations and I haven t experienced any hidden fees or any foul business practices.
