I love working for cascade. It was the best decision I ever made for my career. The staff are friendly, caring, and compassionate. I get to work when I want and as many hours as I want. This place is awesome.
I've been with Cascade for a yr now and it is AMAZING!! I love making my own schedule and so do my kids lol. Also I love feeling like I matter now instead of just another body so when I go into a facility I know that I'm needed and appreciated :) I love Karen, she really goes the extra distance to make sure I'm taken care of and is understanding of me as a person too. I love Cascade!!! :)
I worked for Cascade for about 2 years. The staff is great! The locations are decent and the pay is good. They worked well with my school schedule. I started as a CNA then LPN and now RN. I have been with them throughout my nursing journey. I didn t get cancelled much and there are always opportunities to work. Wish they had an app to pick up shifts but honestly that s the only con. If your thinking about working for Cascade I would say do it! I ve had a very good experience with them!
Cascade is a great Nursing Agency to work for. Flexible hours, competitive pay. The office staff is great. Love my staffers!!! I ve been with Cascade for 4 years and couldn t be more happy.
Great place to work and great experience to have! The atmosphere is great and co-workers are pretty nice for the most part. The only con is sometimes it seems like the head staff do not communicate, because someone ask you something and you tell them the answer then a little later you get a call with the same question. Awesome pay & benefits! Works wonders when you have lil kids, another part time job, or anything of that sort. Very understanding head staff!
Cascade is perfect because it works whether you need a flexible schedule or want regular hours. They will assist you as best they can in fitting your needs. They have worked with me 100% since I've had my son and honestly they have gone out of their way to keep me on. Great pay and benefits available!
Cascade is a wonderful agency to work for, they rarely cancel & always have shifts to fit your schedule, pay is good and staffing (Chris & Sara) are very helpful and try to do their best at giving you shifts that are convenient for you! The only issue I have with cascade is that if you call in they make it seem like it s the end of the world no matter your reason. I rarely call in but when I do it s for health issues. My health comes before anything, if I m not feeling well, I can t do my job well either. It s not fair to me or the residents
Agency is by far the best decision I ve made as far as career wise. This allows me to make my schedule have flexible hours and spend the most time with my family which is my top priority. I am never without sufficient work unless I choose not to work so this is very stable income. I love the agents they work with you well and fun. Payroll is amazing. I ve worked here for over a year now with no problems or concerns. Great company
I have only been with Casade for a month or so. But so far i love this company and the staffers are pretty great too. I mean who wouldn't love a company where you can choose your own schedule, not have to work holidays, competitive pay and great benefits. Y'all don't know what your missing here!!!
