Great ambience; folks show enjoyment working there. My choice, "Men's Sushi" weren't in stock there - So what?!? They teamed up to find in-state, and Internet sources, got my measurements, gave me a sweet discount, *and*, having been in sales, did something I appreciated: did a sweet job of making sure I come back to that store.

Honestly, I was excited to go there for shopping a boots but my experience is nightmare. When you ask for your size they go inside and they bring you new box looks all fine but when you get home you figure out the pairs of shoes were been used ( check the bottom is cleaned and still some dust) when you returned they do the same they gave you an open box or used one !!!! bad experience bad customer service

Normally I ordered online and picked it up at this location. Now the friendly staff recognizes me when I walk through the door for the pickups. Good customer service and friendly atmosphere. Good job to the management and staff.
Treated very poorly when I called to ask a question about an exchange. The person on the other end responded with "wow, that was a lot" when I explained my situation. I had to repeat the style number 4 times after he was unable to get it correct the first 3 times and he rudely interrupted me when I began with "TB" by saying "thats TIMBERLAND" ...I'm sorry, not sure how I was supposed to know that, I was just doing as asked by giving the style number that he couldn't seem to get correct. There were several other occasions during the call that he was incredibly rude as well. When the call ended I wished him a Happy New Year and he hung up without even a goodbye. Maybe someone shouldn't have partied so hard the night before knowing he had to go to work in the morning...

This store was amazing! The ladies and one gentleman working were all amazing. There was a manager working as well as two of her staff members. All were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Completely horrible experience here. First time going boot shopping and the store employees were super unprofessional and rude. Their employee Marc grunted every time I asked him about a shoe and constantly made sarcastic comments. He then lashed out on me telling me that he already explained me something (he did not). Then he rips away the shoes I was trying on and throws it back in the box and goes to the back of the store. He legit did not come back again and when I complained to the manager Stephanie on the treatment, she replies Marc isn t like that . These employees don t know how to treat customers at all. They should be expecting a call from corporate.
