Completely horrible experience here. First time going boot shopping and the store employees were super unprofessional and rude. Their employee Marc grunted every time I asked him about a shoe and constantly made sarcastic comments. He then lashed out on me telling me that he already explained me something (he did not). Then he rips away the shoes I was trying on and throws it back in the box and goes to the back of the store. He legit did not come back again and when I complained to the manager Stephanie on the treatment, she replies Marc isn t like that . These employees don t know how to treat customers at all. They should be expecting a call from corporate.
