Treated very poorly when I called to ask a question about an exchange. The person on the other end responded with "wow, that was a lot" when I explained my situation. I had to repeat the style number 4 times after he was unable to get it correct the first 3 times and he rudely interrupted me when I began with "TB" by saying "thats TIMBERLAND" ...I'm sorry, not sure how I was supposed to know that, I was just doing as asked by giving the style number that he couldn't seem to get correct. There were several other occasions during the call that he was incredibly rude as well. When the call ended I wished him a Happy New Year and he hung up without even a goodbye. Maybe someone shouldn't have partied so hard the night before knowing he had to go to work in the morning...
