Recently, I had a delivery to my apartment and was unable to accept it the day of arrival. When I returned home it wasn't at my door. Later that morning it was placed back at my door. The apartments are great, and the property manager is Gorgeous in spirit and looks, i would definitely recommend moving here..she'll make your day brighter just by seeing her!..No problems straight 5stars!
Recently i notified managent that the stair that lead to my apartment were rotting. Managent. took the matter seriously and replaced it in a timely manner. Thank you for avoiding a possible accident. The stair was painted and it looks great. I appreciate very much the hard work. Thank you.
I moved in when Emily was here I got here and everything was great i explained to her the roaches were coming above the sink. She had pest control coming. This new girl/ girls whatever are HORRIBLE they are so rude. I see more and more people moving out. I will not be staying after December worst experience. You are not getting what you pay for. You put in that something is broken and NOTHING. They need to put someone in the office that cares, it has gotten so bad. There is no free option to pay your rent. 6 months ago I would have told you to move in but now different manager NO WAY. Good luck you will need it,

I could not find my lease so I gave her my email address and she sent it to me right away and Told me that if I had any problems to please to contact her. My name is Jasmine and I have been renting from Timber Trace going on my 4th year and I will say that I have been treated with respect this year. Whenever I have any concerns I speak to Erica and she has only been in the office this year but she makes up for all previous times where I wanted to up and move and she makes it where I feel comfortable to renew my lease and stay. She handles Everything very promptly. The maintenance takes care of all my request. I had an inspection from a previous leak and when they did the inspection immediately afterward Erica gave me a call to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. This year has been great with the improvements.
