I had an awesome experience today I have been hospitalized and I lost my mailbox key and when I went to the office I was greeted by Ms Erica who was very helpful and very concerned and took the time out to explain what I need to do. I could not find my lease so I gave her my email address and she sent it to me right away and Told me that if I had any problems to please to contact her. I really appreciated her personality and her eager to assist. You need more employees like her!!!
