My name is Jasmine and I have been renting from Timber Trace going on my 4th year and I will say that I have been treated with respect this year. Whenever I have any concerns I speak to Erica and she has only been in the office this year but she makes up for all previous times where I wanted to up and move and she makes it where I feel comfortable to renew my lease and stay. She handles Everything very promptly. The maintenance takes care of all my request. I had an inspection from a previous leak and when they did the inspection immediately afterward Erica gave me a call to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. This year has been great with the improvements.
