For a company that is said to thrive on excellent customer service, you truly fail all the way along. Got a terrible quality hat that was not the size they listed on the website. Submitted for a refund, took forever to hear back and get a refund approval. Mailed the hat in with tracking and it arrived at their facility over a month ago and I have yet to receive my refund. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and they refuse to answer any questions.
