I'm constantly working on projects for multiple rental properties and while I had a good first impression with their selection, once I left their store I had multiple occasions where nobody was getting back to me about pricing and availability. So, unfortunately, I gave up and now go somewhere else for my tile needs. What a strange and disappointing experience!

Malissa consistently gives excellent and professional customer service. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant every time I see her.

Did not have a good experience with communication or receiving factual information on the availability and stocking of their products. Additionally prices are higher than competitors. I will not deal with this
business in the future

Who closes a store 1 hour early to hold a staffing meeting? It was tough to get through traffic in time to get her with time to shop. How extremely disappointing!!!

They are SO NICE here. I've had the sales folk take time to do what feels like playing to me. Imagining different design options, experimenting w color, they make it fun. Even if U don't buy from them! I bought accent pieces here & went elsewhere for the bulk of my needs

TilexDesign has been our goto store for the past few projects. Love the selection and fair prices! The guys in the back know their stuff!
