Very good selection and extremely friendly staff. Nicely laid out so you can see everything they offer.

Fantastic selection of all things tile. They will spend time with you explaining all your options. They will even be your design consultant if you aren't quite sure what to buy. They have a full feature store and an outlet centre with great prices. They have a full line of Schluter products as well. Once you buy they will load your car for you.

I have shopped for all my tiles here for my condo Renovation. The employees are great and always remember you. Amanda is wonderful and she is so helpful. I wanted to find some glass tiles for my kitchen that were not the same old ones everybody else had. I found them here. They have a huge selection here that are not in any of the big box stores. My guy who renovated my place was the one who recommended this store and I will too.

My wife and I had occasion to visit this store recently and the staff were outstanding. We are re-doing our bathroom and needed some funky tiles so both Henry and Shadoe stepped up and made our day!

This contrasts sharply with the service we had earlier, just a couple of blocks away at Centura Tiles. Rachel was our go-too staff member and was devoid of any modicum of customer relations skills.

Suffice to say avoid Centura like the 'plague', and check out the Tile & Stone Factory Outlet. They have a huge selection of products to choose from. It is a family owned operation and the staff, in our opinion, exude that family like quality with their customers. 5 Stars!

Wow! You must go to this place if you want tile. They have everything! They have a lot in stock, on sale, especially for small jobs, and can order in a lot more. It was a bit overwhelming actually as they had so many I liked. Prices are comparable to, or better than, other places. The guy I dealt with was knowledgeable and could show me what would work and what wouldn't, and even figured out how much I needed. He said I shouldn't buy the trim yet until I see what the tile wanted, because he did not want to oversell.

Great selection of tiles, friendly and professional service. Over priced tiles. Did not take me long to find the exact same tile for half the price.

To my surprise, pricing for the high-end is actually higher than another posh looking retail tile place (same brand, special order) nearby which had lovely (great service) Canadian-Italian owners/ Mexican sales lady; I will do a review on them if I order from them soon. But going back to Tile & Stone, the sale and warehouse in-stock stuff, they have some decent deals and variety. I have not actually bought from here so this is just an opinion based on looking and pricing.

I have received outstanding customer service from this business, going back well over 10 years. They give excellent advice, and they know their product very well. Do not expect them to take returns, as they are very clear about how and why they cannot do so. Take the time to carefully plan, measure, and then measure again. The staff will help you with your calculations, and answer all your questions. If you are a do-it-yourself type of person, like I am, this is your place!
