My wife and I had occasion to visit this store recently and the staff were outstanding. We are re-doing our bathroom and needed some funky tiles so both Henry and Shadoe stepped up and made our day!

This contrasts sharply with the service we had earlier, just a couple of blocks away at Centura Tiles. Rachel was our go-too staff member and was devoid of any modicum of customer relations skills.

Suffice to say avoid Centura like the 'plague', and check out the Tile & Stone Factory Outlet. They have a huge selection of products to choose from. It is a family owned operation and the staff, in our opinion, exude that family like quality with their customers. 5 Stars!
