Beautiful restaurant facing the sea, excellent service, good shows and very good quality food
Service was a bit slow but food and cocktails and view make up for it.
Awesome service and food! Thanks to Chef Jay! Best service overall and great atmosphere! Jay and his crew exceeded our expectations. Will return for more food, service, and entertainment :) Great job!
Really nice place with great food and excellent views!
The door staff was excellent. That will be the last positive thing I have to say about my dinner. The waiter was not attentive (obviously there to up sell for larger tips) and did not communicate about the delays in the kitchen. I Judge my experience from what I see. What I saw was other tables with a clearly better waiter get food before me and my waiter dodging me and not communicating the status of my meal. My Appetizer was a 30 minute wait...my dinner... another 30 minutes. After the long waits, both my appetizer and meal were bland and not season. After I informed the manager, I was offered her business card so that next time I would receive preferred treatment. Shouldn't I get that as a paying customer everytime? I declined her offer as I have no desire to ever return to Tiki's and informed her that I would be writing negative reviews about my experience. There was a time when I referred all my Uber and Lyft customers to this place. After my last experience, I will direct them to other establishments as they deserve a better meal than what Tiki's has to offer.
Food was overpriced and horrible. Surf and Turf was burned beyond eating and the drinks were not the best.
The beer selection is alright but you definitely want to stop by for the view!
First time here and experience was through the roof we tried the coconut shrimp for a starter which was beyond delicious and for my main course i had their soy salmon which was out of this world and how can i forget the view of the sea as you sit on the outside patio while enjoying a refreshing drink!!! So Good me and the wife went 3 times in a row.
Great food, live music, beautiful location. Tiki's is a must for us every time we are in Hawaii. We have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend
Tourist trap with food reflecting that but sometimes that style has its charm
Love the place, food and service was outstanding, and the views were perfect...
Pricey for appetizers! Great views of surfers! Excellent service from Tom!
Very bad customer service.. waited over an hour for my Togo order that was only a salad.. and when I got it they didn t have a bag I could carry it back to my hotel in, so the manager or who ever he was gave me a torn used dirty bag...
Great drinks (recommend the Mai Tai with the $4 take home tiki cup), just the outside seating could be a bit more tiki -like. Friendly staff. Did not have food.
Food was good, our waiter was great. My issue was with the host that took our name to seat us. There is open seating outside or regular seating inside. He never stated there is a different menu for outdoor seating (limited to more casual bar type food). Luckily we were able to get a table inside with a full menu after we found this out. Also, there are a LOT of tables outside. It turns into people milling around and sniping tables as people pay their check. It's very unorganized and makes for an uncomfortable seating arrangement.
Cute little beach overlook spot with live music... Overpriced with tiny entrees, but it's worth it.
I used the bar.
There is a live band performance and it is very lively.
The beach is also nearby and it is a pleasant place.
All the clerk responds well and answers questions well.
Delicious quesadillas and Kona beer at the end of the day were awesome!
The cheeseburger also had solid meat and was delicious.
I also want to go eat other menus!
I would give 5 stars but the construction below was able to be heard on the balcony. Service was fantastic Tom and Shavan were great. I picked a beverage that had dairy in it without my knowledge and they replaced it no problem happy to do so. ( I am lactose free)
Live music really engaged while tasty drinks took over the night
Good atmosphere, good scenery, good food, not good!
Great food. Haupia Crepe Cake was unbelievably the best desert I've ever had
Food was excellent, server was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options (my wife is celiac) and she was comfortable eating there.
My favourite bar in waikiki, delicious food, friendly service, amazing atmosphere! If you like wine, head there on a Wednesday night, all wines half price!
We we're thrilled with the diversity of menu options and the wonderful atmosphere. We we're lucky enough to have a wonderful table outside. It was thoroughly lovely.
My husband's go to spot in Waikiki. Great drinks, great staff...always a fun time and best sunset views! Try the edamame or steak lettuce wraps!
Had an awesome time - with great appetizers and beers - the service was great. great for a sunset meal with music.
Roof top bar with tasty cocktails. This is a bit touristy, bit in a genuinely positive way. Have a fruity drink and enjoy the sea breeze.
Food was good. Atmosphere was very nice and the views were gorgeous!!!
Small restaurants with overpriced food. Dont go on live music night if you want to talk to your table mates.
The Calamari Stack appetizer was insanely tasty and good. We wolfed it down. Mai Tais were very good. We ordered the risotto and Opa (fresh catch). Great service, food, and the views were spectacular.
Excellent service, very rich food and very good vibes!
Gorgeous views, generous portions, reasonable prices. The fresh papaya with lime is delicious. The $5 mimosas starting at 10:00 are a bonus.
Was ok ...not the best food for the prices...many privileged people with bumps on their forehead from walking around with their noses up in the air...great fireworks show if you can see through the umbrellas the servers refuse to close
Not the best especially for the price but the cocktails were tasty and the steak decent.
The fish wasn't good and definitely not worth the price. However, the band and environment was good.
The food is good, the portions are small for the price , good service, first time here
What a disappointment ordered drinks and an entree received drinks and waited 45 minutes just to find out she forgot to place the order for the entrees happy hour NOT. Ordered the mai tai 1944 its supposed to come with the take home glass which I had to practically beg for it. Day before service was wonderful today not even close.
Lively place with great coctail and drink . Don't forget to get your Tiki glass with you home as souvenir :)
Stayed for a week and tried to find a bar that compared and I couldn't. Marcos is one of the best bartenders I have had the pleasure of meeting. The fish was amazing and very meaty (almost like chicken). I was at the bar nightly and will do so on any future travels.
Great place to enjoy a beer, bar food and the sunset in Waikiki. More reasonable than a lot of places right on the beach.
Could not get a seat in restaurant but got seated in bar and grill found that it was a different menu. I was really hankering for the Surf and Turf and waitress Jillian went out of her way for us. Great service with a smile would definitely recommend.
Always a go-to place when I visit. Great atmosphere, excellent service and beautiful views of the ocean. They have live music at certain times, so be sure to check because it adds a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. I have had most of the pupus that they offer and have never came upon one that I didn't enjoy. Personal favorites would be the lettuce wraps and the potstickers. My go-to drink is definitely the 1944 Mai Tai, it is made strong and delicious. Prices are pretty comparable to anywhere else in Waikiki. Overall I would highly recommend that you check this place out.
We had a good experience twice here. We got a group of 20 in only a few hours beforehand. The server that we had was EXCELLENT. She handled our big group with ease, and was extremely personable. We went back the next day for happy hour and had a very similar experience as well. Check them out! Great happy hour specials for that area, and good food.
Nice view. Menu is on a tablet, but it's rather cheesy. Don't order mozzarella salad, it's 3 little stacks of cheese and tomatoes. Steak was fatty. Thai salad was really good! Food was decent, but expected better from the hotel/restaurant.
Great place for lunch, good burgers and salads, nice beer selection. However dinner menu is more limited with no burgers or sandwiches
Where to start. It took over an hour for our food to come out. It wasn t even busy. I ordered the surf and turf. Hard pass people. The entire dish came out cold and looked like it had been sitting for 20 mins. My fillet was more like a sirloin and was undercooked. It was tough to cut and stringy. The lobster was dried out and cold. My steak was charred on the exterior or blue on the inside. I ordered it medium. I couldn t get the waiter to come back so after waiting an hour for food, I just ate it. Terrible food, terrible service, simply terrible. Don t walk, run.
I only found one dish for my taste which was good but i wish they had more simple and more affordable dishes.
We had a wonderful family dinner here. Our servers were on top of everything, and dish after dish did not disappoint. Some of our personal favourites were the crab & boursin cheese luau dip (we all fought over this one!), and the watermelon and feta salad (this was shocking since I don't normally enjoy watermelon, but combined with the mint, basil, arugula, feta, and dark balsamic it was delicious - and the chili harissa was amazing, and a perfect pairing to contrast and brighten the watermelon). The Yukon Gold mashed potatoes were also gobbled up - we loved the wasabi in it to spice up the potatoes. In regards to drinks, we loved the 1944 Mai Tai (the flavour was amazing), and the mango daiquiri that came in a souvenir coconut was fun to drink out of and we were excited to bring it home. We would love to visit here again and try more dishes on the menu, especially more seafood!
Prices are about right for Waikiki, but the service from Sonya was fantastic and the food was well worth the cost.
Our group of 15 was well taken care of and all had a great time. Highly recommend this place for dinner.
Only complaint is the atmosphere. It's nestled among hotels and there is plenty of thru traffic that sort of took away from the relaxed vibe.
Highly recommend the "roll your own" lettuce wraps. Enough food for a whole meal, even though it's listed as an appetizer.
Best Mother's Day Brunch we've ever been to. Food was great, the ramen bar was a great idea for the kids. Prime Rib and Crab we're great. Only issue we had was being seated late. Our reservation time was at 8am.
A little disappointed. Thier Mai Tai is not better than Trader Vic's.
Good menu and selection of surf and turf. Pays to book.
Good spot to grab a drink and some food. Bar tender was very friendly and the food was excellent. Very accommodating with modifications to the drinks. The rum and coke could use some help but all the other drinks we had were excellent. If your looking for a table you might want to make a reservation before hand or sit at the bar like we did. Cheers and have a drink for me.
Had the fresh catch and it was better than I expected. Really good flavor combination with their aioli and chopped tomatoes on top. Highly recommended.
Come for the drinks and scenery, food is good bar food, but isn't that great.
We came here with a large group for dinner. Food was great and service was excellent. The portion was generous and I couldn t finish the Baby Ribs.
Had some great drinks here, and coconut shrimp. Great place to sit and look at Waikiki beach.
Delicious food, a bit on the pricey side but the view and the food were worth it
During my stay in Honolulu, I visited this restaurant twice. The menu is cleverly presented on an electronic tablet and menu items are listed, when the item is touched, a photo of the selected item is displayed along with a more detailed description. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Portions are of medium size, but for the price paid, I would have expected larger portions. There's a large selection of beer and cocktails, which can vary in price from reasonable to outrageous, so check carefully before you order one of their specialty cocktails.
This place is slow. The food is mediocre. Don't waste your time.
The Five-0 Lava Flow was the best drink I have ever had on the island! The food was spectacular and worth every penny! There is also a photographer who will take framed photos (you can choose from) with each costing 10 dollars.
Great food (and you definitely pay for it) service was great and the patio over looks Waikiki beach... If you are in Hawaii definitely stop in
Excellent food, great atmosphere. Service was very good.
Amazing drinks and Kama amazing bartender, highly recommended
Friendly service and good food with a generous happy hour menu, more than we expected from a tourist spot.
I was actually pleasantly surprised with this place. Love the burgers, fries are on the thick side, but still pretty good. Check in on Yelp and you get a specific free app which is a $13 value. Great ocean views!
