Have an issue with slides and I called and got into Bob Tiffin and have been talking to him over the last week or so. He has been extremely helpful and has guided me to where we're at to where we are at today. Thanks Bob.

We bought a used '14 Tiffin from a local dealer, only to find out (the hard way) that the leaking roof was not disclosed. After tarping the rig for 7 months, we finally got to Red Bay for repairs. We were a month in town, with 4 visits to Tiffin's shop, and two others off the property -- with no less than 15 'technicians' involved -- and our rig leaks worse today than it ever has. We heard that a call to Mr. Tiffin often solves such problems, but our two calls, along with a recent 'S.O.S.' letter after the latest deluge, have had little impact. Didn't know retirement was going to be so soggy.
Bob Tiffin personally helped us out when we had problems after purchasing our Phaeton, 5 years ago. Then recently we were out on the road and called Tiffins in Alabama and got right through to an advisor. When this Tiffin gentleman couldn t help us solve the slide out problem he gave us the phone number to the electrical people who did. We got back on the road right away. Love the exclusive coach and how that diesel motor climbs those hills which I wanted. I have driven the coach a few times with a tow and it was smooth and stopped great which I was afraid of.. Thank you Tiffin. Patricia Jensen
I have an unusual perspective regarding Tiffin Motorhomes. I work for one of their dealers, and have personally sold quite a few to various clients and friends. I ve also had the privilege of touring the plant and meeting much of the management and ownership team. I can say, without reservation, these folks are second to none. Bob and Tim Tiffin will go out of their way to make sure their customers (and mine) are satisfied.
While I don t own a Tiffin product, I have a good deal of experience selling them, as well as assisting my clients with post-sales support. Honesty is very important to the family owned dealership where I work, and it is also very important to me. It means a LOT to know I can sell a company s product, and rest easy knowing they ll stand behind it.
I never tire of hearing the personal examples of how the Tiffin family has looked after my customers in their travels. This is a personal win for me and I m immensely grateful to know my customers are being properly cared for long after they ve bought from me.
In closing, buy a Tiffin Motorhome. You will not be disappointed!
I went to look a Tiffin Wayfarer Motorhome when I got their the stairs did not work we went inside by the passenger door and I did buy it. Picked it up a week later they said stairs were fixed. Took it out of the dealer ship and the bathroom door keep opening and closing at ever turn . Went back and they put a small strap around door . We took it on a short trip and the drawers keep opening at ever turn. then one drawer fell apart when the screws fell out they only put 2 screws on each side of drawer and they were small. Then the stairs quit working again, also the gray tank and the fresh water tank showed 33 percent even though they were empty. Called to take it in to have thing fixed and was told by the dealer that the first appointment was in 2 1/2 months . I had someone else fix it I could not wait 2-1/2 months to use my motorhome, I had A new lock put on bathroom door --put latches on all drawers with 3 screws on each side plus longer the stairs had a pinched wire so they took of the screen door frame drilled a little bigger hole so the wires went though it and soldered and shrink wrapped the new wires. Also had to adjust the floats on the tanks. Wires under the body look like they are on with wire ties. Also the next thing I need to fix is the generator has no rubber feet and is bolted straight to the frame and vibrates the whole floor. Very bad design . It cost me around $500. to fix these problems they need better quality control
Had a pheaton 40qbh 2014,drove and road good that is the best part, hard to heat and cool had to run all three air conditioning, made so much noise you couldn't hear the tv. Whould not have another one.
Can't say enough about this fantastic company. This company is the real deal. Way above and beyond anything I have ever seen as far as customer service, hard working crew and that starts at the top with Mr. Bob Tiffin. A truly collected effort to make a finely detailed RV. Got the priviledge to see them peel the layers back to see how they make their legendary Tiffin RV from the ground up and I'll say this, seen all the other manufacturers out there NOBODY even comes close! No RV is perfect it will break but if you buy from this family owned company since 1972 you will feel like your buying from your family member because they truly do the right thing and I think you can agree that is hard to come by these days.
What is going on with the 32 SA. We ordered in January was suppose to roll out April 28 th......We are still waiting. Many plans that have come and gone. The 2022 s will be out before we get our 21 . Yikes!!
My sister and brother in law just purchased a new Tiffin motorhome that they had ordered several months ago so that it would be made to their specs. When they picked it up it had numerous aesthetic issues that (because of the holidays) they delayed having fixed. Within 10 days the motor home blew 2 cylinders. Those got fixed. After the first few days they found that the water heater, thermostat and heat pump didn't work. These then got fixed. Within a few more days the engine (made by Ford) "froze up" and has to be replaced entirely. In order to do this you have to cut open the structure of the motor home and then re weld it when the engine is replaced. So basically the motor home will be repaired like it had been in an accident. This vehicle has about 300 miles on it including the miles for delivery (180). This vehicle is their full time home so while all this is getting fixed they are basically homeless- having to rent a place to live. I would recommend that you do not buy a Tiffin motor home until we see how Tiffin takes care of them... or not. I will keep you updated. Update: Tiffin has promised to make them an entire new motor home- made to order- and pay for their temporary housing while they wait for it. (6 more weeks) Of course the new engine will still made by Ford, so hopefully it won't be another lemon. Update 2-5-21: The new Ford motor is in and they have traveled 50 miles to the Tiffin factory, now they are awaiting the build of their (2nd) new motorhome. A claim has been made for temporary housing- not paid yet. Update 2-22-21: Still waiting outside the factory for the new home. There is a decent motor home park there, it's just not where they want to be. Update 3-13-21 Still waiting Update 4-1-21 Finally got the new motorhome (3 1/2 months of waiting) Update 4-3-21 Multiple problems with the new motorhome: hydraulic leak, cabinet upgrades were not completed on all cabinets (so they don't match), several lights not functioning, drivers chair does not lock in place correctly (glad they found this out before driving!). They haven't been able to leave the factory area yet and now have to go to at least three different fix it bays to get everything fixed. At this point they said they would definitely not recommend Tiffin Motorhomes. At one point Andy Bayer with Tiffin said " "I'm not sure we're ever going to be able to make you happy." Really? They think it's ok to have a seat that doesn't lock in place when you drive? They think it's ok to interrupt their customers lives for 3 1/2 months (and counting) and not bend over backwards to make it right? Don't buy Tiffin. 4-20-21 Finally done- over 4 months wasted waiting for Tiffin to make things the way they should have been in the first place.
