We bought a used '14 Tiffin from a local dealer, only to find out (the hard way) that the leaking roof was not disclosed. After tarping the rig for 7 months, we finally got to Red Bay for repairs. We were a month in town, with 4 visits to Tiffin's shop, and two others off the property -- with no less than 15 'technicians' involved -- and our rig leaks worse today than it ever has. We heard that a call to Mr. Tiffin often solves such problems, but our two calls, along with a recent 'S.O.S.' letter after the latest deluge, have had little impact. Didn't know retirement was going to be so soggy.
