Very bad and rude client service! The employee rejected to fix a Tiffany necklace and had no further recommendations on how to fix it. He further continued to talk loudly and rudely at us behind our backs as we left the store.

Such a great disappointment. We ordered a ring for our wedding on the 29th July. It wasn't available in the shop but they had to order abroad. They said to us that the ring is gonna be in the shop in 1 or 1.5 month. 1.5 month was just our limit because of the wedding date. We weren't sure to order it but they assured us in that period the ring will be delivered definitely. So we ordered, our wedding past and we didn't have the ring... Whenever we called they said it's gonna come soon, it's gonna be here on time etc. They didn't even call us for giving information, we had to call and ask all the time. Today is 6th of October and we still don't have the ring. My husband went back to France, he couldn't even see the ring... If they told us from the beginning that will take 65 days or more, we would definitely not order it or we would just buy from abroad ourselves. Today it makes 65 days from the day we bought the ring, yet we still don't have it. The thing is, this order was not for recreational purposes, it was for a very special wedding and it had emotional and sentimental value. A ring is a ring, what makes it special that you wear it on a special occasion and that elevates it. One would expect more than this from a prestigious brand such Tiffany.
