An hour and a half late for a consultation, does not warn customers of its delay, including when they are waiting in the waiting room, and justifies the wait with "it's a complicated job", without apologizing. As if at 50 years and after 20 years of career he could not anticipate ... No respect for the client.

My grandmother had the operation twice at this clinic, by the same surgeon (knee prosthesis). She is 85 years old, both times she had bad surgery.
I made an appointment at another clinic with another surgeon. We are at three years of suffering and are considering a third operation for the same prosthesis. Do you think that at 85 she deserves to go through this?

Hello, I put a 4 star for this clinic. I had the operation in May by DR GRIMBERG who is a very good surgeon, the anesthesiologist Dr RAINGEVAL who is very friendly and made me feel comfortable before the surgery with the whole nursing team around. I am delighted with the calm and gentle awakening I had. I am happy with the care team who took care of them after the operation. The small problem encountered was when I went to the radiology department where a staff was overwhelmed and found herself alone.
And also in relation to the cost, unfortunately nowadays we cannot seek treatment if we do not have the money, it is very unfortunate.
I recommend this clinic.

Doubtful hygiene: a lot of delay (+ 3 h) without explanation, I wanted to leave but I am threatened by the secretary of the surgeon to refuse any subsequent intervention against me. An operating theater that looked more like a bar on Saturday evening, an unprepared operating room, shaved with an electric razor directly on the operating table: an assistant who asked why he was there, an anesthesiologist to whom no one gave any advice. Immediate fever, antibiotic and emergency care with Trans-Esophageal echocardiography, sent urgently to the USICS of the IMM on suspicion of endocarditis. A little waiting at the reception in connection with the covid. We anticipated the appointment by arriving more than 30 minutes in advance (time to do the admissions). The security guard allowed us to enter only 10 minutes before the appointment time. We had to stay up. No bench, no chair for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. The waiting conditions leave something to be desired.

On the other hand, the nurse at the entrance was rather welcoming, with respect for sanitary hygiene measures and infrared temperature measurement on the forehead.

The waiting room, although empty and able to accommodate a few patients, in times of health crisis only admitted one person at a time. The 1 meter of social distancing would have been wise to implement.
The accompanying person must wait outside. Fortunately, the good weather was with us.

Otherwise, good management by the doctor.

Operated on October 30, 2018 on the right shoulder by Dr. Thomas WAITZENEGGER whom I would particularly like to thank. From the height of his fasting age he is a very competent surgeon who knows his job inside out. Very human and concerned about the well-being of his patients.

For those they wish, the surgeon operates on his patients under local anesthesia to allow them to watch the operation unfold. Which I find admirable.

I would also like to thank all of his medical team (anesthetist, nurse and nursing assistant) as well as the stretcher bearer, nurses and day and night nursing assistants, not to mention the rest of the staff.

The only downside:
On October 9, 2018, during my appointment with the anesthesiologist, I gave his secretary all the documents necessary to take charge of my hospitalization scheduled for 10/29 with the choice of room etc.

When I arrived on 10/29/18 for admission, I learned that I was an outpatient program and not in hospital and it was impossible to find the documents provided on 9/10 to Doctor LE SACHE's secretary.
Fortunately, I had duplicates of the documents in my possession.
Thanks to Paula and her admission colleague who found me a room the same day and put together a new file.

An abject clinic that prepares a patient for an operation, then sends him home by his own means, at his own expense, following an error in the preparation of the anesthesiologist, in the middle of a pandemic and at 9:35 p.m. on a Sunday after cover fire. Very very unhappy with this clinic I had a glaucoma surgery by Dr. Roche who is a very competent doctor and very attentive, on the other hand I am really upset because I had surgery with local anesthesia in the middle of a heat wave and you figure that in the operating room as in all the clinic there is no air conditioning. While there is no air conditioning in the rooms but still no air conditioning in the operating room it does not pass at all. We are already paying a fortune the clinic so with his benefits as much go to the public hospital. I am really up and do not recommend going there.

Operated with a hallux valgus in March 2018 - surgeon Dr Medevielle, anesthesiologist Dr Lasry - everything went well. I appreciated the punctuality during the meetings, the good organization of the establishment, the availability and the listening of the staff. The operation lasted less than 30 minutes, with locoregional anesthesia, on an outpatient basis. Good pain management when leaving the operating room, and at home, after a week, I completely stopped painkillers. Staying with your leg raised with the bag of frozen peas on the foot was very effective! The documentation that I was given after the operation was very useful (self-rehabilitation) and I do not need sessions with a physiotherapist. After 6 weeks off work, I can return to work and resume most of my activities, putting on large and comfortable shoes.

Operated for carpal tunnel syndrome on one arm by the surgeon Dr KILINC in April 2021, I was impressed by the quality of the services and benefits of the JOUVENET clinic:
- friendly telephone reception, quick appointment,
- explanations before the operation by the surgeon and his super assistant MORGANE, detailed documentation given before the operation,
- perfect videoconsultation with the anesthesiologist Dr LE SACHE.
At this stage, the surgeon and the anesthesiologist were extremely sympathetic and attentive, responded with patience, pedagogy and kindness to all my questions, ditto for their respective assistants MORGANE and SOLENE who respond by phone and email with kindness extraordinary and quickly, which is reassuring and heartwarming.
- The RAMSAY site is great (modern and user-friendly) because it allows you to pre-register by downloading your vital and mutual cards and identity, in particular to communicate your advance directives and your representative, and to arrive with your PASS on the day of the operation , while providing all the explanations that we could have skipped.

On the day of the operation, I was very well received:
- admission by a charming MYRIAM who was able to clarify my last questions;
- the basic room (see photos) at 124 is clean and bright, with a TV; we leave our things in the locked cupboard and give the key to the nurse during the operation;
- the toilets outside the room are clean;
- a nurse took the time to gently explain to me how to proceed to put on the outfit (how and in what order) and told me the waiting period;
- In the OR, everyone was wonderful, attentive and reassuring: from the stretcher bearers BRYAN and FABIEN who are adorable to: nurse GAUTHIER super nice, HAYTEM anesthesiologist very attentive and considerate, and another anesthesiologist with a decorated charlotte, computer scientist JOY. -> Everyone was very welcoming and sublime.
HAYTEM, GAUTHIER and the surgeon explain what they are doing as they go and we can watch the operation on the screen. They were amazing in kindness and impressive in their professionalism, cohesion and coolness; there was a good atmosphere and you have the impression that they get along well within the team.
- I really liked the names of the blocks: DUFY, VAN GOGH, RENOIR, MATISSE.

However, I removed a star because I was exhausted from the operation at 4.30 p.m. and with my arm paralyzed by the anesthesia and therefore handicapped in my movements, I was brought down at 5.10 p.m. and I did not have enough time. to recover because I was able to just get dressed thanks to the help of the nurse, to eat the snack in 10 minutes with only one arm ... and she put my bags on the only functional arm and accompanied me to the 'welcome at 5.30 p.m.
I understood that it is on an outpatient basis but I would have appreciated 15 more minutes to breathe before leaving after getting dressed, having difficulty putting away my things and having a snack, even if the reception ordered me a VSL.
Considering the price of the room, I think I could have been allowed to lie down for another 10 or 15 minutes after the snack. Certainly I could have reported it to the nurse MATHILDE who was adorable but I did not have the strength after all the emotions and fatigue of the day.

After the operation, I received all the necessary documents and explanations, a nurse even called back 3 days later for the follow-up, then the post-op check-up a week later by the surgeon and a brilliant nurse, VERONIQUE, took over. very well.

In any case, apart from the feeling of having been rushed at the end, this clinic is flawless: the premises are clean, all the staff are proactive, welcoming and smiling, all the nursing staff are exceptional, the processing times and waiting times are quick (too much for the exit).

Great team in the operating room. Operated for a cyst by Dr. Kilinque on the left wrist in September 2109 I enjoyed my operation and my moment at the block with music and a good reassuring atmosphere. Only drawback is the room we are charged 124 for only 5h and finall it's just a box waiting. I find it very expensive because on the internet during the pre admission is not mentioned and we are told that it is not updated I find it a little flight.

I am very disappointed and angry with Dr. T. Waitzenegger following my operation. I understand (with difficulty given the high fees overruns and the fact that he claims to be the specialist of the shoulder and hand of all Paris) that an operation cannot succeed 100%, but what most shocked at this young doctor was his lack of humility and questioning when faced with a medical error, as well as his narcissism and megalomania.
I do not question the nurses, especially the night team at the clinic which was great, when I suffered the martyrdom and the doctor did not even deign to move.

Operated in July 2020 for a double Bankart of the shoulder on an outpatient basis by Dr Waitzenegger. Everything went very well, before, during and after the operation.
The whole team was adorable: welcome, stretcher bearers, nurses, anesthetist and surgeon.
Left the clinic with a "shoulder pack" containing all the compresses, disinfectant, etc. ... The post op follow-up is perfect.

Nice clinic, very clean premises, friendly staff. For making an appointment, very slight waiting on the phone, but my correspondent clearly identified my problem and was able to find a date that bothered me as little as possible.
Doctor CORLOBE was perfect, explaining very well what he was going to do, showing unfailing seriousness and meticulousness.
