when it comes to the people I work with, most of them are really cool, you know there are bugs like everywhere. In this company, I had the best manager in my life - an amazing man. However, when it comes to strictly how syncreon treats people and how they exploit it, it is terrible. everything is done as cheaply as possible, the employee is not a human figure, they look for savings in every possible place. Honestly, there would be a lot of writing, people committing suicide, etc, this is just a substitute but it's a pity for words.
I work here , it is a real good place to work in Netherlands . They make products for Apple.

Ridiculous !!! Drivers are NOT allowed to go to the toilet here !! Even if you have neatly disinfected your hands and you wear a face mask .. No, just go outside and do your business driver .. the managers here should be ashamed !!! And then you are also charging for hours here. What a company !!
As a driver you can only go to the toilet and wash your hands here. You have to provide coffee yourself because they don't have that for us there. Often you have to wait a long time here before you are unloaded.

Not good place to work. They don't give you hours (maximum 30) per week. Agency charge you for rent, normal agencies pay rent for you. They even charge you 20 for badge, saying it is a deposit, but they never give that money back. Don't work there, unless you don't have any options. However The workplace itself is not bad, and management is nice and friendly

Very bad services. This carrier does not deliver goods with additional simple delivery instructions. Some boxes were damaged. Calling Syncreon about this will result in them hanging up on you. Subsequently they will not answer your calls when calling back.

It's kinda hard situation to evaluate this place. Regarding the company services I recommend it. About the people who are working here, well, what can I say, there are kind people as well as let's say "difficult" ones.

They treat drivers like AIR , if you have a loading reference number , and destination where you go, BUT YOU are unable to speak fluent in NL,DE,EN, that means , go out and never back again. NETHERLANDS RESPECT, EU
