I've been going to Tiffani Kim for over a couple of years now and they have provided the best med spa services that I have ever experienced in Chicago. It's located right at the Chicago Brown Line stop, which makes it very convenient, especially for those who work downtown. Also, Tanya and the rest of the estheticians are great!
Unreal and so unprofessional! I went for my second hair removal treatment that has already been paid for, and they are completely gone! The valet guy told me they emptied everything out overnight one day, and they have customers coming in for their appointments as far as 3 hours away, only to find out that they are now permanently closed. If you happen to talk to anyone please post it on here so I can also get my money back.
I LOVE Tiffani Kim Institute! I've been a faithful client for 10 years. Every time I go for services, I'm greeted by staff, enjoy my ginger tea, have the BEST massages and mani/pedi. I've sent all of my friends/family to experience the joy that is Tiffani Kim Institute. I can't wait to get back...I already know it will be soon!!!!
Please if someone gets in contact with them or finds out how to get a refund, post publicly! I haven't even started my treatments yet! I am owed a lot of money!

I had my first laser tattoo removal session this week, and I was a little nervous based on reviews I had read on Yelp. I have to say that Sheri was very helpful, very patient, and very knowledgeable. She covered every aspect of pre-treatment and post-treatment, and described the procedure in terms that I understood and felt comfortable with. She left me with all the aftercare guidelines I could need.
The procedure itself was as good as a painful procedure can be. Yes, it hurt, but they do the best they can with pain management.
They always fit me into Tanya's schedule. And Tanya is the best!
Friendly staff! Quick and painless procedure. Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful full body scrub and massage this past Saturday... Did I mention how rejuventated I feel :-)...
The Tiffini Kim institute is fabulous! I saw Dr. Steve who was great. He was very attentive, answered all my questions, explained what he thought was the best approach to accomplish the results I hoped for and he was quite successful in his execution. The office is well run and offers so many things to its patients. It combines eastern and western medicine for an approach that feels perfectly tailored to the needs of each individual patient. Well done Tiffini Kim; I can not wait to visit your office again!
If I could give 0 stars for the Spa portion I would. I show up for my hair appointment that was booked a month in advance for them to tell me my hair stylist didnt come in today. To make matters worse they were booked and no one else was available to service me. I took off of work early to be basically told the next evening appointment wouldnt be until October 6th keep in mind its still August. It was a waste of my time and I wouldn't recommend this place to annyone if they want good customer service.
Showed up for appointment and place was closed. I got no phone call or email. What a waste of a day and money.

I love Tiffani Kim Institute. I have been going there for a number of years and have had various services. The technicians are great! The staff is helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I'm always made to feel welcome and comfortable and have always had a great experience. It's very conveniently located and there is plenty of parking in front on the street. They have specials and open houses from time to time, so I would recommend getting on their mailing list.
Heard on the voicemail when I called in to confirm my appointment at the end of the month that this spa is now permanently closed. I have paid for laser treatments in full and still have 4 more remaining. You jave my number in your system so please call me seeing as I am seeking reimbursement.

I have been a customer for 2-3 years for laser hair removal. Today I showed up for my appointment and the salon was permanently closed. No cancellation call or notice. I have paid for 6 laser treatments in advance and only received one treatment so far. I then called my aesthetician Tonya, who has been nothing but wonderful to work with. She said she was not given any notice that the salon has closed down either! She showed up to work last week and the spa was shutdown. She is due her last two paychecks.
The owners need to make this right immediately. Completely unprofessional.
I loved it here! The staff is so friendly and the wait time isn't long at all. The place is beautifully decorated and they really know what they are doing. I left every appointment feeling a lot better about myself.
I received services by Tiffani Kim Institute last week Tuesday for a 10:15 appointment. The technician burned and scarred me within 5 minutes...I hollered she stop immediately went back the machine turned the machine down , said the machine was at it's normal rate or level even though I heard her turn the machine down. I was burned and scarred and no one wants to refund my money back. I left plenty of messages no one is taking my calls I was told I would receive the refund now I'm getting the run around. I sent pictures. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This really hurts me. If you are considering doing business with Tiffani Kim Institute Buyers Beware!

We love TKI - our entire family has come for a variety of services. I love Evelyn for hair removal, and I refer many of my clients to Jeanie for acupuncture. They also have wonderful cleanses.and skin care products, reasonably priced.
Horrible customer service. They charged me $50 for no-show (!!!), despite I cancelled my appointment, as I got pregnant. I will never use their services again, as they just try to make money on everything.
Please go see Thomas for a massage, he is absolutely amazing. Great location, great services, and nice comfy robes.
