I received services by Tiffani Kim Institute last week Tuesday for a 10:15 appointment. The technician burned and scarred me within 5 minutes...I hollered she stop immediately went back the machine turned the machine down , said the machine was at it's normal rate or level even though I heard her turn the machine down. I was burned and scarred and no one wants to refund my money back. I left plenty of messages no one is taking my calls I was told I would receive the refund now I'm getting the run around. I sent pictures. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This really hurts me. If you are considering doing business with Tiffani Kim Institute Buyers Beware!
