Very unhappy. While waiting at the ticket window at the IMB, the computer crashed. The sales agent had inserted my card twice and I was double billed. To get the 63.00 charge reversed, I was told I would have to return to the downtown location and show them my card. I will also bring my bank statement just in case. HUGE hassle. My bank, Washington Trust, said I had to go through Tickets West to get the charges reversed. Thanks for nothing WTB and Tickets West. Seriously??!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I searched for an event and ended up purchasing tickets for an event I didn't even search for. The site some how redirected me and the seats were purchased for the wrong event. Tickets West customer service was contacted immediately after the tickets processed and I was told there is nothing that can be done. It was their website that redirected me to a non-relevant event and they refuse any kind of exchange or refund. Never again will I purchase tickets through tickets west!

If they supposedly had ways to stop the bots and scalpers they obviously failed miserably. They seem to have sold their tickets VERY early to overpriced vendors who in turn sell them at whatever price the various vendor wants to charge. On top of that there is no way for some people who want to see the show to make sure that the tickets they are purchasing at the ridiculous prices are even real. They are NOT ADA accessible for tickets. They should not be allowed to sell the tickets to scalpers and bots so they need to out smart them as that should be ILLEGAL!!!!! They need to have a secure computer expert or experts who can trace where these scalpers and bots are coming from. A ticket that would have cost apparently $75 plus fees are anywhere upwards from $109 up plus the ridiculous fees of up to almost $40 each ticket which is making the average person have to pay way more than I am certain the entertainer had in mind. Ticket west used to be extremely helpful to purchasers even though one had to wait a long time. They SEEM TO have solved this problem by allowing the selling of the tickets to scalping 3rd parties and they do NOT GIVE A DAMN about customer service anymore. They do not have the proper security in place to avoid these scalpers and phonies from getting their tickets. Perhaps, they need to go back to the old days of only phone calls.Or better yet, return the calls they receive in the order that they are received and if the numbers are the same or the voice who answers is the same and not a robot then maybe they can help people get the tickets that they are seeking. At the very least they should be severely fined for not finding and preventing these very unethical business practices. Maybe if they had to pay out of pocket due to the scalpers and bots they would be forced to find a way to stop this outrageous practice! I realize that they have many, many callers and on-line shoppers but selling out in less than 1 day for 7 shows is ridiculous. Obviously whatever plan they had in place they FAILED MISERABLY!!!! Yes, I am talking about the Garth Brooks shows - FYI. I am extremely disappointed in the way this has NOT worked out. Maybe they need to contact other legitimate vendors to see how they are handling this problem.

Worst Ticket Service EVER!!!! 5 Mins into PreSale tickets and service locks up on submit for purchase. Locked up my CC for $250 for days and with NO TICKETS to show for my troubles. Tried calling customer service for the first 3 days but only got a busy signal... had not heard one of those for years. Finally got a real person after presale was over and was given the news, "sorry, that happens." with no resolution but to wait for my card to be released. I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!

The two crummy experiences are tied together...(in person) I unknowingly bought tickets for a same name event (I wanted to go to the ballet but was sold symphony tickets), they would not exchange them when I went back after I realized the mistake. I don't believe when I purchased them that the cashier knew there were two upcoming events with the basically the same name which was a bit frustrating but we're all human. I was still able to buy great seats to the event that I wanted to take my friend to and find someone else that could use the other tickets so everything turned out as a win/win!!!

Do NOT go to Post Falls Idaho Templins ticketwest. Two times there. Second in line for opening sales the first time. The counter girl takes care of hotel guests and tickets. Computer printer jammed and I got horrid seats an hour later. Better off online. Second time..today..called first...said open till 9 pm. Went over...40 min drive...waited behind lots of hotel guests...then girl could not log on to ticketwest and told me to come back tomorrow. I went to avoid 7.50 fees on 12 tickets and home computer jam. The counter girls there do not give a crap if they help you or not. The office there should close.

I can't believe that in our society, places like this exist. Horrid customer service. outdated processing. The biggest scam, is the "convienience fee", or now called "ticket fee". They come in, and set up, in such a way, that you can only purchase through them. It's a total scam. I have now avoided any venue, that uses ticketswest. I wish I could use a no star.

Was trying to by high demand tickets (Hozier) and after trying to redirect me to an app several times it crashed at checkout. When I finally got tickets they were the best available in row Y, checked the site again and the next time it gave me row J. Wow, well I wish you would have given me the better row in the first place since I selected best available. Their site is a dinosaur compared to other ticket venders, really need to be updated. Wish I didn t have to use them for certain events.
UPDATE: well I just checked my back account and they have charged me for all the transactions, even the ones that said failed. So now I have been overcharged for tickets I don t need, and I m pretty sure when I call to complain they won t do anything.

Where to begin...Tried to buy tickets for mother's day online, card got declined by their website for no reason. After calling my bank to ensure all of my info was correct, I called the office to book the tickets over the phone. Still my card was declined... fast forward two days and i get an insufficient funds notice on my card. turns out at some point later that night, my payment did go through. Problem is I had already booked tickets with another person's card. This was on a Friday and I have now been frozen unable to make any kind of reservations for my mother, sister, and grandmother who will be arriving in town next week. Hate that I am still giving them my money but it is now the only thing i could book...Thank you very much for ruining my graduation/mothers day weekend.

Box popped up indicating that my name did not match the name on my stored credit card--sheesh! Transaction was cancelled, and the Symphony website was timed out. Attempted to re-buy my tickets, ha-ha, they were sold (probably to me). Phoned Tickets West, the seats were not sold, the clerk seemed certain that there was no transaction on my credit card, and I bought the seats. Clerk added $3 more to my costs because I phoned. Heckuva business model: organize a website that is dysfunctional and then charge extra to work around and buy on the phone. What a total jackhole operation.

Finally got a chance for tickets for Garth Brooks. Picked my seats, and clicked to checkout, and was told I was a bot, and kicked me out of the system.

Went on line to get tickets, waited like the sight said at the end for my conformation.... none came through. Next day I called to see what happened.... Lady on the line had a SEVERE accent (and possibly a lisp) so I could barely understand her. When I asked her to slow down and say it again she slowed WAAAAAY down (in a condescending way, then sped back up.) I waited a few and called back hoping to get a different operator- nope she answered again so I hung up- I don't deserve to be treated that way!!
So, I decided to go back to the web site. What should have been a 7 min transaction- THEIR time limit- took me over a half an hour to: enable cookies (which were on and working!!!), then around and around saying my email was already in use (ya, to me but you wouldn't let log in), then after 7 re-trys it finally let me log in, THEN me seats were not available, then they were in my box, then they weren't there, 45 minutes later FINALLY got my tickets!!
If I didn't have to go through them to get the tickets I would NEVER use this site again, but I HAVE to. It sucked!
My advice, don't call just TRY to use the site- at least there are no nasty people there.
