An excellent experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Felt great when it was all done, and had no complications.

All staff including my doctor are very nice and professional. They explain with details and clearly all the procedure before it starts.They answer all your questions nicely. They make you feel secure and a good hands. It is a place that really cares about you.

An efficient and professional staff. The procedure went well and there were no follow on issues. Could not have asked for a better outcome.

Great care from the staffThey are sincere and genuine in assisting you and making you as comfortable as you can be during your visit. The doctor and staff were very prompt on Colleen keeping family members informed and following up on the caregiving.

The experience I had there was perfect. From the front desk to my time out of surgery I felt comfortable, safe and assured I would be ok. I highly recommend.

The nurse who helped me with the initial check in (once they brought me back), paperwork, and general pre-op was great. The nurse who helped me after the procedure, was amazing!!

However, the rest of the staff was very short, or seemed very annoyed to be at work. My procedure was right around lunchtime, so maybe they were hangry.

The worst part was to wake up after the procedure, to hear the Dr being very short, and cold to an elderly woman who had follow up questions. I get that the Doctor s don t have enough time to discuss everything after the procedure. But that doesn t mean the bedside manner should suck. Hearing the Dr speak to a patient like that, made me feel like I couldn t ask questions without irritating someone.

Food for thought.

Everyone connected with the Thunderbird Endoscopy Center was caring and professional. I felt that I mattered as a person. They really helped me feel calm in an unknown setting.

for and confident of the individual assisting me.

I would never choose another location to have my colonoscopy. This group is very patient centered, friendly, organized and my experience was wonderful. Dr. Singer is the best.
