Company sends SPAM to people without any way to unsubscribe without authorising them to send even more SPAM! If they can't comply with fairly simple SPAM laws, then don't expect their platforms to conform to PCI-DSS or any more complex requirements. Definitely a company to avoid.

Edit: regarding the response from the company, SPAM is unsolicited commercial email of any kind, obviously the root of the problem is their complete failure to understand that. I discussed the email in question with the company at the time. Revisionism is a bit lame, but consistent with behaviour to date.
