My mother gets 2.5 times a year, once in a while, no girl who helps her with the household. She has been on vacation for the past 3 weeks. InHolland has not tried in any way to ensure replacement. Not even ten we asked for it. Later it turned out that all clients where this girl came did not have any care. Too ridiculous for words.
Every week I get help from a sweet lady. She is always on time, and I always get a replacement option if she can't. Thanks!
Domestic help does not show up without canceling 0f a cancellation is made half an hour in advance. Cleaners are children without a cleaning experience. My "help" mopped the bathroom with concentrated bleach pure. A major disaster, inexperienced, slow and unreliable (do not come as agreed or not at all), do not know what cleaning is and work without thinking and planning.
