I would start with the view that this restaurant offers.
The panoramic view is very pleasant.
However, very few places allow to have the Eiffel Tower in its field of vision.
(outside a little more).

Regarding the tasting, we chose the Tasting menu precisely.

It is overall good, the marriage of flavors is mastered.

I emit two caveats:

- Mr Fabre's goat soup:
It's an excellent cold soup, very similar to Tsatziki.
However, I have not felt any taste of goat!

- The fondant:
It's very good, well done, but we do not travel. This dessert is unfortunately too basic, it lacks exotic flavor.
In addition, the presentation of this dessert is absolutely not as shown in the photos of the restaurant.
Where is the ice that counteracts the heat?

Slowest service I ve ever experience. Rude staff and cold food. Everyone around us was upset as well. There is no view from the restaurant only the rooftop. I was served melted ice cream and when I commented on it to the server he ignored me. This was actually the worst dining experience I have ever experienced anywhere in the entire world.

Best culinary experience of my life! We had the tasting menu. Personally I hate everything that is fish but I loved the dish with the fish. The beef was delicious, the best piece I have eaten in my life! We ate on the terrace and the view on the Eiffel Tower was better than in the movies! I advise you all to test once in your life :)

Excellent service and hospitality. Magnificent view of Paris but the Monkfish is not recommended: sauce too liquid and no flavor or taste. We were changed to a sea bass fillet which was very good.

Very disappointed during a visit for a brunch. Egg Benedict very good, deplorable service. Apart from one of the waiters kind and with a good presentation, the others had not held up to the price of the presentation (crumpled clothes ...), Fingers stained by the cigarette for one of them. Classy location, wonderful view, great service, great food.
It does not reach 5 stars because something is missing and that something is the soul.
It's all right, but you don't feel the emotion. Ultimately, we went out and asked ourselves "would we go back?".
No, we wouldn't go back, but only because it didn't move us.
But if you are looking for a high level restaurant for a business dinner it is perfect.
The price is the right price for everything they give you.
But the emotions do not generate the price, they create the passion and dedication to wanting to amaze.

The Maison Blanche restaurant on avenue Montaigne is a sort of "miracle" of the facts of its unique location, the panoramic view of Paris, the excellent refined gastronomy, the elegant international clientele, and the charming welcome and delicious service. . It is "the beautiful address". Maison Blanche is in the 21st century what Maxim's was in the Belle Epoque.

A little restaurant with great services and great food. Chicken was moist and tender, mozzarella mango salad was excellent. Pork warp was ok. So far not a disappointment meal in Paris!

The location is astonishing. At the top of a building on Avenue Montaigne, the restaurant offers a view of the Eiffel Tower. The tables are located around the view on a terrasse even if there are tables inside. The service is very good and the staff is very professional. The choice is large at lunch and at dinner. The portion are quiet small but it is worth it because the food is very high quality. You won t regret coming to have a bite in this restaurant. I recommend it.
